Great location next to loads of restaurants and cafes. The breakfast was really good too and was great at night time with live music every night. You could hire a bike from reception.

There isn’t easy access to the beach so you need to walk through other hotels/resorts. Water went off for 2 days and no one told us we had to go to reception and ask for why after 12 hours without water - we got given big water bottles so we could shower and use the toilet. Air con barely worked and we saw bugs in the room and rats around the restaurant area. Staff are very slow with food and drinks and the place just needed a good clean.

Super well located, gives you instant vacation vibes. The cabanas were spacious and decorated nicely. The best thing about Monkey Business was the staff. You felt welcome right away and they were super attentive. Cool that they rent motorbikes for a good price!

Its not really their fault, but the Internet was down quite a few times for a longer period!

The hotel staff, everything else about this hotel was dreadful.

The bungalow we stopped in was dilapidated. Door was damaged and not very secure. No hot water in the shower, so we had to boil water and use a bucket and pail to wash. The bathroom smelled of stale urine. The walls and ceiling were water damaged. Holes in the floor which were covered over with a small mat. The rugs on the floor were filthy and needed a good cleaning. Myself and my partner were woken by cockroaches crawling over us on the second and last nights of our stay, thank God we were only staying for three nights.

No locker storage for big travel bags The windows do not have thick enough curtains that are beside the bunk beds letting in sun light The top bunks in dormitory does not have privacy curtains or its own plugs / lights There is no social or communal area No security / safety measures ie gate to separate public road or public access to the rooms Food / drinks / laundry washing / moped hire all VERY expensive for the island

lots of cockroaches in our room, we had at least 1/2 a day, room was run down with holes in the walls, ceiling and floor
