The villa was clean and well maintained. One floor was perfect. Screened in porch was ideal for watching golfers tee off. Short walk to Harbour Town and Sea Pines Center. It was a pleasure to work with Janet.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Janet's villa in Sea Pines. The villa was clean and very comfortable. The king bed was a dream and the kitchen was stocked with everything a cook could possibly need. There were instructions on everything in the villa and Janet promptly answered any questions making it a 'no hassle' vacation. We would definitely stay again. Janet, the owner, quickly responded to our initial booking on VRBO. She made herself available before and during our stay: answering questions, making suggestions, and generally doing all she could to make sure that we enjoyed our time in her condo, even answering questions that she had already addressed in the informative packet that she sent! The condo is located in a lovely area of Sea Pines within easy walking, or bike riding, distance to Harbour Town. It was well stocked with anything that we could have needed. We enjoyed our stay and would be more than happy to rent from Janet again.

Owner provided everything we could possibly need for the week. Was exactly as described. Especially enjoyed the screen lanai and two full size couches. Great location - walking distance to Harbour Town. Highly recommend and look forward to staying again. And thank you for the great snacks!

Perfectly clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is very well stocked. Great location in beautiful Sea Pines, with an easy bike ride to the beach, Harbor Town and South Beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly as pictured. Communication with the owners was easy and they responded immediately if I had any questions. The views are fabulous and the villa was immaculately clean. We will definitely stay again.

Our first time in Hilton head, this was a great property to rent. Walking distance to Harbor Town and more. Take the trolley to the beach. Walk or take a short drive to several good restaurants. Sea Pines is a beautiful part of the island. Janet was very attentive and efficient.

As with all older properties there is maintenance needed. Overall the unit inside was clean and has all you need. Furnishings were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The bathtub in the second BR needs a lot of attention and the exterior does as well. We struggled a bit to get our bearings as we had not been in this part of Sea Pines before. I’m not sure what the owner could do about that and once we sorted out where things were it is close to the beach and restaurants, especially Harbor Town.

We had a nice stay and location and villa was excellent.

This is the first time we attempted the 'snowbird' life, and this was a great villa for that experience! The location is perfect, bike anywhere, but also within walking distance of Harbourtown, and the beach club. Janet is a wonderful host, and has a lovely property. She is very responsive (practically immediately) and accommodating. This was also our first experience staying in anything other than a hotel or BnB... and we are sold! We will definitely look to do this again next year.. it was so hard to leave.

Having a private condo for our stay was very nice. Location was well centered to golf and lighthouse dining. Nice walk trails out the door. Beautiful to be directly on golf course. Although the condo offered all the amenities some of the conveniences weren’t working. The TV box in master bedroom did not work, husband disconnected box from second bedroom and then replaced it before we left. Although all rooms were inviting with plenty of towels and clean sheets. We washed our top blanket and found the bed to be very worn with little support. Upon entrance into condo it seemed clean and tidy but in a very short time we were very disappointed in the fact that all was surface cleaned but not deep cleaned. In master bedroom it was repulsive behind headboard and I can’t believe it has been cleaned under bed in months. The tracks to all sliding glass doors had dead insects and dirt. The front door entrance was also in need of a good cleaning. Having been disappointed with the cleanliness appearance we felt very apprehensive about using any of the appliances or kitchen ware without cleaning everything thoroughly ourselves. Also doorknob (2nd door next to master bedroom entrance door )on closet in master room came off in my husbands hand but he bought a tool and replaced it for the owner. Came off the 2nd day of stay. Was hoping for the money we would have found a more pristine interior. (Especially in light of Covid and trying to be so careful.) On that issue alone we would not rent this condo a second time.

We had a great experience. It was our 1st VRBO and didn't know what to expect. It was a wonderful 1st time. Great homebase located on the 9th tee at Harbour Town Golf Links, 5 minute walk to Seapines Center where you catch the shuttle to the beach club and south beach, rent bikes and dine. Our day was typically beach then pool then chill at the Jezek crib to shower cool off and relax before we explored the islands terrific restaurants. Janet was an amazing communicator and very accomodating!

This Villa has it all…. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped with lots of extras. The location is superb for walking , biking, golfing, tennis, the beach and the vast array of restaurants in the area….including Harbourtown! The owner participates and takes great pride in helping you enjoy this rental and all that Sea Pines has to offer! You won’t be disappointed booking this Villa!

The condo was clean and and had plenty of room. Location is perfect. Short walk or drive to harbor town. Beach bar is a short drive and all of the golf courses are right there. No reason to leave Sea Pines if you don't want to.

Complete We were three elderly ladies who have never been to Hilton head Island. We had some day trips planned which worked out fine. Instructions on entering and leaving the condo were complete and easy to understand.

We have owned a house in Sea Pines since the 60’s. Recently had to sell, so coming back has been very special. We loved location of this villa right on Harbor Town Golf course, watching golfers from screened porch, eating yummy breakfast at the Harbor Town Grill, walking, riding bikes. Only 2 of us so only used 1 bedroom. Very clean and furnished for our needs. Very easy and pleasant dealing w owner! Hope to return someday!

We had a wonderful time!! The villa was immaculate and beautifully decorated!! It had everything we need, including a fully equipped kitchen. Communication with the owner was excellent!. I would recommend this villa to anyone. Close to the beach and evetything.

Great location right on a beautiful tee at the famed Harbour Town Links course in Sea Pines. Easy access to all the wonderful amenities including the beach club and three clubs. We so enjoyed walking through the beautiful neighborhoods surrounding the villa and met lovely neighbors along the way. Kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need for quick meals. Janet is a gracious host and prides herself on being responsive and helpful to each guest. We look forward to returning soon!

Janet's home was perfect for my father and me. It is all on one floor, nor does it have any stairs at the entrance. This was important for my father who uses a cane. The home was clean and well cared for. It has a nice sun porch with a great view of the golf course. The house is ideally located in Sea Pines... very close to Harbourtown and the Sea Pines Beach Club. Janet was extremely helpful and stayed in contact with me from the moment I rented her house on VRBO making our arrival seamless and stress-free. Both my father and I highly recommend this property!

Janet communicated with us from start to finish - even checked in with us during the stay. The Villa was clean and perfect for two couples. We will definitely stay here when wanting to go to Sea Pines on HHI.

The property was clean. The location was great. We could bike (10 min) to the beach or drive (5 min), and we did both Heck we walked it too as it’s just over a mile. . We walked to Harbour Town a few times to walk around , grab breakfast and see the sunset. South Beach area is 3 miles but that’s an easy bike ride given how flat the area is. Kids enjoyed the pool there ( bought the weekly family pass). We enjoyed dinners on the screened in porch. Beds were comfortable. The furniture ( wicker everything) and decorations were definitely not our style but we couldn’t care less when we are at the beach and have the location, outdoor space and a comfy place to sleep.

Good location and a very nice clean villa. Access to everything that we wanted was very good and so was the view of the golf course.

We loved our stay. Janet was very efficient and responsive when we booked the villa online. Communications were clear and easy. The villa is clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our one week stay over Thanksgiving.

Very nice place. Clean as can be. Janet, the owner could not have been more helpful! Beautifully situated on the ninth tee of Harbor Town Golf Club. If you’re a golfer, it’s like visiting a golfing shrine! Quiet wooded bike paths. Great location for golf, restaurants, beach, etc. We would definitely come back again to this property.

My wife and I visit Hilton Head Island often and have stayed at many locations on the Island. Many also in Sea Pines. We both rate this stay as our best and favorite. Clean, comfortable, location, and expectation were fabulous! We highly recommend this for your next stay!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this very nice, comfortable and ideally located condo. We loved being on Sea Pines, the condo, the beach and the numerous bike trails. The owner is excellent with communication, instructions, helpfulness and a delight to work with. The condo was immaculate and we were completely comfortable with everything we needed. We’ll be back for sure.

We felt right at home here. It was exactly as described, clean, and had everything we needed for our week on the island. Communication with the owner was easy. The Pines is beautiful with the groves of living oaks lining the streets and bike trails. It’s an easy ride to the beach on the Atlantic side. The bay is even closer. We would stay here again.
