This place is absolutely a home away from home. It has a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of space. Dog friendly for sure! With no physical signs of animal wear and tear. Great location quite neighborhood in a gated community. Walking distance to the ocean 1/2mile. Rented bicycles to check out the town. Best way to get around without a motorized vehicle . Never met owner believe it's a 3rd party reservations company. Check in was smooth and easy checked in after hours. Welcome pack was kept in a convenient lock box a few minutes from the apartment. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in the Shipyard Plantation. Nice, spacious villa, well equipped kitchen, pleasant furnishings. Great walking and biking trails within Shipyard. Didn't play golf this trip, but the course was beautiful. Shipyard provides residents and guests with a private beach access and guests are provided a hang tag so for their car. Beach access is also within easy walking distance from the villa, maybe a quarter of a mile or so. We were there to celebrate our 20th anniversary!

This particular villa is dog friendly if that is a factor (it wasn't for us). I didn't notice but my wife said she could smell dog in places. We could not make the living room television work with the cable system, but we didn't come to watch TV so we didn't worry about it too much. Those would be the only complaints I would have and consider them relatively minor. Weather wasn't the best during this trip, but at least we had a comfortable place to stay.
