Condition of villa...needs a deep clean - furniture, carpet, kitchen floor

not very clean. slept on a pillow all night and didn’t notice till morning it was dirty on the back of it. made me kind of sick to think I slept on it

The view on the deck is lovely. The vacuum worked. The location is good, we don't mind driving to the beach.

The cleaning...decomposing bugs and huge well established cobwebs all over, large dead bugs right in the middle of the floors so I know this unit has not been cleaned for a long time. I vacuumed for over an hour just to avoid walking on dead bugs. Thank God there was a vacuum in the unit. I was pretty annoyed that we could not check in even an hour early and given the reason "for the protection of the cleaning crew"...I have been visiting HH since the 70's and never had this issue on check in. Other than that the location is good. We ended up renting bikes (the ones with the unit have broken seats) and the master bed has seen better days.

I loved the location of the home, I also liked the amount of space and the configuration of the home.

The house was not clean upon arrival, the grout in the king bedroom en-suite bathroom was nasty, the countertops weren’t clean, the blinds in the kitchen had coffee stains on them, and there were spider webs, dead bugs, and dust in places that should always be wiped down but it was very evident that it wasn’t.

Great location. Plenty of room.

There needs to be a Keurig or some type of coffee maker that accepts pods.

We loved the low key atmosphere, the comfort of the rooms, the access to tennis courts and pool, the proximity to everything we hoped to get to.

There were a few bugs in the unit.

I did not receive the email with the information to complete the check in on the day i was told to expect it.
