This was our 2nd stay at this clean, spacious property. My favorite part is the large wraparound deck. The kitchen has been recently updated, the furnishings are comfortable and the location is quiet. Communication with the Host was excellent. We enjoyed watching the birds and turtles at the pond, and hope to visit again soon.

Everything from start to finish was great. Stan was super communicative and kind. The condo was clean and comfortable and in a great location. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this spot!

The property is exactly as advertised. It is great that it faces the golf course to add privacy to our stay. Stan (the host) sent a very informative message before we checked in. We used the bikes and the trails were nice to take a short ride out. We also enjoyed the marina which is directly across the street for some fun while we were there. We had one difficultly while we were there and Stan was quick to respond to help us rectify the issue. We would definitely recommend this to others who are staying in Hilton Head!

This two bedroom, two bath Villa is spacious, clean and comfortable with lots of windows and lighting throughout. The well shaded wrap around deck is awesome. It's by far the most beautifully, well appointed Villa we've been in in all our years visiting HHI. The bikes, baby stroller and beach equipment is a bonus. The owners, Stan and Jane is the most gacious and accomoding hosts. From the inquiry process to the end of our stay, they responded quickly to our emails and were very helpful during our stay. They made us feel like family. We will certainly contact them about the this Villa when we plan our next trip to HHI.

The property was easy to find, parking was plentiful and the villa is gorgeous inside. Very spacious, quiet and peaceful. The home is well appointed and we had everything we needed for a relaxing get away. We loved the deck, the updated kitchen and the cozy family room. We also enjoyed riding the bikes on the trails through Palmetto Dunes and taking walks down to the beach. Stan was very responsive and helpful - offering great suggestions and guidance for a very easy check-in process. No stress - just healing peace and quiet which was just what we both needed. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Stan for opening your home to us!

This is our fourth stay in this beautiful condo. The only time we haven’t stayed here is once when it sadly was already booked for our dates :). We have already rebooked our next trip. As always, it’s the best place to stay in Palmetto Dunes. The kitchen remodel is a nice extra that we thoroughly enjoyed! We loved the previous furniture, but actually really warmed up to the new decor and living room refresh; the main rooms are so bright and airy with the lighter colors and the natural light adds to this. We love this place and we know you will, too! Thanks again for the perfect stay.

It was located close to golf and restaurants. Loved bring on the golf course and a beautiful setting nestled between trees. Would stay here again.

Possibly one of the nicest, most pleasant vacations we have taken. The home was beautiful. The view of the golf course was fabulous. Palmetto dunes was lovely as was the beach. Everything we needed was well provided and the owner was quick to respond to any questions.

We were spoiled by this lovely place for our first stay ever in Hilton Head and Palmetto Dunes. It was a great location for navigating to the beach, community pool, the Palmetto Dunes general store where we stopped for ice cream at least once a day, and super convenient to Kroger and all the restaurants and on-island activities available! Our hosts were super kind and helpful with any questions we had. Being a nature geek, I loved sitting up on the wrap-around porch in the mornings and admiring the trees and birds. On a very superficial level, we also enjoyed the space for the stay- all updated feeling and clean. We played Candyland and other games in the cabinets and were able to just enjoy family time together. We rented bikes to go along with the ones available in the unit and our older kids were able to make trips to the general store as a pair independently and loved that. Very thankful for our refreshing stay at this special place and we hope to come back again!

The Villa is large, comfortable, tastefully decorated with a newly remodeled kitchen and new living room furnishings. Our favorite spot, however, is the outside wrap around deck. Situated on a golf course, by a small pond, so relaxing to watch the turtles, the birds, and the constant flow of golf balls going into the pond. The location is perfect - 1 mile to the beach one direction and a mile or two the other direction to shopping. The host is kind, generous, and responds quickly. We hope to stay here again and it will be our 3rd time.

Last minute idea that worked out great. Large living room, beautiful deck, privacy and comfort of security. It was the quiet, luxury and home ambiance need to recharge and connect with family. Thanks for sharing your home.

This is the 3rd time my wife and i stayed here. We just Love this place! It has everything you need…CATV…with lots of channels to choose from … good Wifi… a nice kitchen with all the utensils and dishes you need. Not to mention the wrap around Deck that you can sit and enjoy the view of a few holes of the golf course. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed a relaxing time here. The bikes were a great amenity and plenty of bike paths to ride on to enjoy the scenery all over the island. Excellent communication with the host and the property was a great location looking out over the golf course with a wrap around porch and a screened lanai.

This property is in the perfect location. All the amenities that you would need for a great vacation. I think the best part was the communication with the property owner Stan. The beach is 10 minute bike ride from the Villa and restaurants are within walking distance. It was a relaxed environment.

What a wonderful villa! Loved the private, shaded wrap around porch overlooking the golf course. The villa overall was comfortable and relaxing. A fully stocked "beach closet" with bikes, sand toys, boogie boards & beach chairs was a huge bonus. Excellent communication from the owners from the initial booking all the way through to departure. Definitely recommend!!!
