We stayed the week before Christmas and loved the property. Having a garage and parking is a plus. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Your dogs loved the side yard. The family loved the 30 second walk to the slopes and skis on. We hope to stay here again this summer and next Christmas. We had no issues with the house and loved our stay.

This home was perfect for our family ski trip! It's a short, 2 min walk from the Christy Peak mid-point drop off which is great for getting out and back in at the end of the day. We cooked most nights and were thankful for the plentiful pots, pans, and utensils. The hot tub is quite private and has a great view, and the homeowner and staff were quick to respond and provide solutions to a couple minor things. While the house is a little dated, it shouldn't be a deterrent. We will definitely be recommending this home to others and hope to come back soon.

Beautiful view

For us two and our dog and our fishing/hiking trip, this property worked out really well. The property was nicely cleaned and maintained. The view of the flattops and being right on the ski mountain was fantastic. The only minor points I would say was the cleanliness of the patio... covered in cottonwood/tree debris and looked like it had been a while since it was last cleared. There was also minimal outdoor light for the hottub area at night and the lights in the hottub did not seem to work. There also wasn't really any good spot for the dog to use for a bathroom area. We found a weedeater in the garage that helped us clear a spot for her on the back hill of the property, so that helped. Also, there really wasn't much warning on the 4 (fairly steep) levels of stairs required to get from the driveway all the way down to the lower level of the house. We were perfectly able to manage, but feel folks who are older would likely want a warning about that before they think about renting the property. We certainly wouldn't be renting it again if my in-laws had been with us. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We can't say enough nice things about our experience with this property as well as the communication with the homeowner. We stayed in the summer so while we can't speak to the winter access for skiing/snowboarding, it was a great spot to enjoy the beautiful views. Beds were extremely comfortable... Bathrooms were modern and updated.... Kitchen had every tool, appliance, gadget you needed... The loft seating area was a nice getaway for the kids to hang out and play in while the adults enjoyed the main seating area. No TV in the main living room turned out to be a blessing as we focused on the views and each other's company. Hot tub was nice and clean... Plenty of towels and linens...

There for a family getaway. Was perfect. Property manager and the owner do the great job getting us ready for Arrival And making this stay great. All I can say is it was a great time and everybody enjoyed it. Place is perfect for us

A short walk to the slopes makes this house a great option to ski. The property is right off of the mid-station of the Christie Peak lift, so you can even return via lift in the evening when they are running night skiing. The house itself is large and well decorated, with a large kitchen and dining room to accommodate groups that want to cook at home. The outdoor hot tub is a great place to watch the sunset after a long day on the mountain. We did not bring a car and relied on walking, the local bus service and airport shuttles. It was doable in this location, but I would probably just take a car next time.

This was a comfortable,big house for our group.The place was clean,comfortable beds and nice towels.Great views,lots of windows and deck and hot tub..Owner was easy to communicate with also.

We rented both sides of this duplex for a family vacation (different owners on each). The owner was very communicative and helpful. House worked really well, the hot tub was great ans all around we had a wonderful vacation. Thanks so much!

We loved this property. You get a great view of Steamboat below. And we enjoyed long walks looking at the lavish homes nearby, with little traffic. The owner was so helpful and responsive. Hot tub was great also.

Homey, relaxing atmosphere. Weather was extremely warm, additional fans needed. Bathrooms nicely updated. Very quick responses to any questions. Would definitely stay again.

Great property in a prime location. Good amount of space and the balcony is fantastic. The downstairs bedrooms also have an outside patio which was very convenient.

Great location next to the ski slope. House was comfortable, spacious and easily accessible for our dogs. Two families (4 adults and 4 teens) with dogs comfortably shared this house. We took advantage of many things Steamboat has to offer including hiking, mountain biking, the alpine slide, and tubing. A large grocery store and Walmart are close by for any convenient shopping needs.

This home is a bit dated (except for master bath which is very nice) but comfortable and we would definitely stay there again. There were very few towels provided (one in kitchen, none in guest bath) but other than that everything was fine.

Fantastic place for our family of 6. Lots of room, unbeatable location, and spectacular views from the deck hot tub! We lacked nothing and had a blast! Great place!

This property is old but with that being said, there was a distinct smell when we entered. We opened the windows which helped. The access code provided in the checkin information was incorrect and it took several phone calls to get the correct code delaying our checkin. And ruining our ice cream birthday treats. The hot tub was green and gross Several of the lights did. It work, and the stairway entrance and from the upstairs to the main floor were not lighted due to the lights not working. This is dangerous. The check out instructions are limited in detail Overall the place was clean, the beds comfortable and a nice large space for multiple family.

Our family really enjoyed this property. We skiied 4 days at Steamboat. It is a short walk to the slopes at the mid-Christie chair lift location. It has a fully stocked kitchen for meals, 3 of the 4 bedrooms have their own private bath. Truly has the private house feel including a wood-burning fireplace, private deck with hot tub, grill and great views. The owner was great and we highly recommend it.
