Great location. Very clean. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that the sitting room furniture was pretty dated and cramped feeling. We felt as though it could have been a little more comfortable. Loved having the pool so close and enjoyed riding bikes around the plantation.

My husband, 19 year old son and I stayed here for a week. It was truly perfect. The property was so clean! It was a great amount of space. The outdoor deck was pretty to look over the course. The pool was gorgeous. The entire area was very well manicured and lots of pretty plantings. I did consider other locations within PD but so glad that we picked here. The others did not compare to this area. It was close to the beach, a great walk to the marina and the general store. We did a lot of fun things throughout PD and cannot wait to visit again. We were able to get the much needed break that we were hoping for! Roberta was very helpful, she prepares you perfectly for your trip and was so wonderful when I asked some questions during our stay - super responsive! Thank you so much for making it a perfect getaway!

Actually, if I had 10 thumbs they would all be up. This was the perfect rental for my wife and I to spend three enjoyable weeks in paradise. The villa is well appointed (great TV/services and kitchen appliances) and beautifully maintained-the owners truly care about the comfort and needs of their guests. This villa is in a great location in Palmetto Dunes-quick access to shops/dining in Shelter Cove by bike or car- yet away from the commotion of commercial properties/large condo units further in. Wonderful privacy on the back deck overlooking the Fazio course. We enjoyed evening strolls around the course. Roberta (owner) is a delight to work with. Very inviting personality and always available to answer questions. We will be returning!

Biking distance to beach was 10 minutes and access to all bike paths was convenient. The spiral stairs to the 2nd bedroom were fine for our son and daughter-in.law but might be a challenge for older folks. Communication with the owner was the best ever and we enjoyed a wonderful 2 weeks. Thanks Roberta!

Our stay was quite enjoyable. The property felt safe and was just as described in the listing. It was clean and includes high quality appliances. We ate out at restaurants most of our stay but this property has EVERYTHING you would need to prepare meals! The beds were cozy and we enjoyed sitting out on the porch that overlooks the golf course! The golf courses were awesome as well!

Beautiful weather. Unit was great. Stairs a little tricky. Problems with the community pool was disappointing. Filter wasn’t working and pool had to be cleaned by guest or pool man almost every half hour. This went on all week.

We all enjoyed our stay in this beautiful clean well decorated condo. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the deck with the nice view of the golf course . We loved this resort being so close to the pickel ball and gorgeous beaches here. Roberta ( the owner) was excellent in communicating with us . She was so helpful making our vacation so nice.

This is our second time staying in this gorgeous condo. After a lifetime vacationing in Hilton Head with my parents, my husband and daughter, and now the next generation of little ones, this respite is truly top of our preferred list. It is spacious, meticulously clean, in the center of absolutely everything, and welcoming. The conscientious owner (Roberta) is always available with suggestions for restaurants and knowledge concerning how to catch the shuttle to the fireworks. She even had new beach chairs delivered while we rented and offered them for our use. My husband and I consider this special place like a second home. If you can rent it before we do, enjoy a beautiful getaway like no other!

When I arrived, I was concerned about the number of villas in the development, but it was a quiet neighborhood with ample parking. Actually met a full time owner that was very nice and had several conversations with him. We were close to the pool and had two access points to the beach. The owner was very nice and quick to respond to any call from us. We would definitely stay again!

The property was beautiful very clean. We had a lot of noise due to construction in a neighboring unit for a couple of days. However, no one goes to Hilton head to stay inside the Villa.

The property was clean and had everything needed for our stay. Communication with the property owner leading up to our stay was easy and the information provided about the area was appreciated. The area was quiet and we slept well in the comfortable mattresses. Palmetto Dunes as a whole was very well kept and we enjoyed bicycle riding every day on the miles of bike trails. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the 1960 St Andrews Common property from February 24th till March 25th. First of all Roberta Foley is a delight to work with. She provided an abundance of information about the property and the Hilton Head area. She was extremely responsive to any question we had. She was a major factor for our successful stay. The condo was exactly as advertised and extremely clean. Its in a great location convenient to restaurants and golf courses. About a 10 to 15 min walk to the beach which is fine for us since we are more interested in golf. Three great courses on site but can also be expensive depending on when you want to play. Definitely recommend this property.

We stayed at the house over Thanksgiving it was sparkling clean and everything was as described. My daughter came in from New York and slept on the couch bed and it was very comfortable it had like a 1-in foam pad on it we would just hang out on it and watch TV lol That's how comfy it was. The location was great mid Island also it was by the gate out on to the highway so it was super convenient to everything so we really liked that. I've stayed in a lot of places over the years and this one was a very good stay in the house was very nice.

We always enjoy our stay at Hilton Head Island. We did have a little trouble with the code to enter the condo. But once we figured it out we were good! We were very comfortable staying and appreciated the different tv programs in the main room.

This was our second time staying at this property and we love it! The villa is spotless and very comfortable. The balcony offers a beautiful and peaceful view of the golf course. It's a short walk across the street to restaurants, grocery store and shopping. Great golf courses right on Palmetto Dunes. Just a short bike ride to the beach. The owners are wonderful to work with, they are very responsive and go above and beyond to make your stay at their villa very enjoyable. We highly recommend this property!

The condo was perfect for two couples, in a great location in Palmetto. Roberta was wonderful to deal with and the whole rental/check-in process was so easy. Will definitely recommend to friends for future stays.

Ideal place for two couples with two separate suites, both with their own tv screen. Well maintained and very nice buildings and surroundings. Other guests were quiet. The villa was clean and the interior charming and comfortable. Lots of paths to bike and walk on and we were always able to park at the beach.
My morning coffee on the balcony were somewhat disturbed by the loud noise from the different vehicles maintaining the golf course. Also, probably because of limitations by the company that cleans, we were a little short of trash bags, toilet paper, pods for the dishwater and laundry and only two sets of towels per person.
Apart from that, we really loved the place.
