Great location and loved having the 2 pools.

Kitchen needed to be better equiped, just a few things missing. Advertised a sauna and there wasn't one.

Mike Stirling was such a wonderful staff member in charge of this room, who went above & beyond to make sure I had a smooth check in & check out. The best customer service I have ever received. Thank you Mike Stirling. I enjoyed the view from each balcony, the location was very central & bonus points because the room had it's very own wifi modem.

Location was fantastic - central to everything. Great views of the broadwater and beach. Amazing pools

Picking up keys from another location wasn't ideal, but it was only a few minutes away.

The location was perfect.

The unit was in a fabulous location. Great and easy access to shops and restaurants. The owner was lovely and very helpful with check in.

Only two extra rugs for beds, kids were cold at night. Had to use a bathroom towel for extra warmth, even with the aircon switched off. the buttons were missing off the on and off section. Mould on the roof in bathroom. Floors were so dirty. Our feet were covered in sand and grey dust- we didn’t visit the beach once, so unsure where sand came from. One of the lights was missing a globe in hallway. Curtains covered in dust, light switches were dirty and unclean. Dust all over curtains and anything on the ceiling. Bathroom/laundry cupboard door was damaged and ruined at the bottom very unsafe for little feet. Furniture that was damaged had masking tape on wheels and handles/legs???? under the beds were absolutely filthy. So dusty. We basically paid for location and that is all. I couldn’t wait to leave. It really felt so unclean. I will not stay here again. It really put a dampener on the end of our holiday in QLD. Photos did not match unit at all. Photos show carpet-there is no carpet. Curtains are not the same. beds were not the same or decorated the same as in photos.

Very central location close to everything and close to tram station. Beautiful views. Very spacious and comfortable. The room was clean had all essential facilities/items.

Some very small maintenance issues we reported to manager.

The house facility including toilet paper and basic necessity likes dishwasher soap is not available

location was great. amenities (pool ect) were amazing. good price for 7 days

The apartment felt dirty (mold in shower, dirty couches, gritty bed sheets). impossible to get in touch with the property - was told they would text me the Wi-Fi password but never did and they never picked up the phone when trying to contact them. Not enough supplies for the duration of the stay. had 1 toilet paper roll so needed to go to the shops to buy some. was told we would have a portacot but there wasn’t one there so baby had to sleep in bed with us.
