The king bed is in bad need of replacement. The hidabed in the wall was more comfortable. A/C wouldve been nice. Other than that the place was lovley and we enjoyed our stay.

You can’t beat the location. The view is amazing and it’s close to everything. The place needs some TLC. Doorknobs are loose and don’t lock, tub drains really slow, the thermostat is not adjustable. The kitchen pans and glasses are beat up, and the utensils are rusty. The coffee maker did not work. My family of five had lots of room, and you could probably put an air mattress on the floor too.

Perfect location, very clean, and quiet. The sleeper sofa and master were very comfortable with quality bedding. Management was quick to respond when we needed them. Tips: bring your own beach towels and or blanket, as none are provided. Our F150 truck did not fit in main lot, the adjacent, overflow lot is conveniently across the street. Was nice to have ample paper towels, TP, and dishwater pods. Would have been nice to have more kitchen dish towels.

Overall everything was nice. The only problem ...when you opened the door there was an overwhelming fried fish odor that never went away the 3 days we were there. Even spraying everything with lysol didn't help.

Nice property next to the beach.

This was the perfect place for us, it was minutes from the beach and promenade and had a nice grassy area in the back.

The condo was everything as advertised, I would stay there again. The only issue was the cleaning service did not vacuum prior to arrival. We found discarded hamburger wrappers under the couch and it was obvious nobody vacuumed before we got there.

Great spot! Right on the beach! We loved being able to walk out the door and be right at the beach. We were also within easy walking distance of downtown. Also, we drove a suburban, which is a large vehicle, but they had a lot of parking right across the street that worked out perfectly.

The location is excellent but the unit is definitely dated and in need of some updating. The Screen door screen barely opens and closes but the screen is completely ripped apart. The carpet in the main area needs a good shampoo or new installed. The kitchen is in great condition will all new appliances. Theres just some other small things that need attended too, sprinkler ascustions missing, Doors needing adjusted to be able to close easily, etc... But again, its in a great location for the price.

We enjoyed the beautiful view and walked along the Prom several times. Location is lovely. The actual condo unit could use some updating however. The carpet was worn and stained alot. Bed was comfortable, sofa and overstuffed chair are nice. One chair in the dining room has a broken rung. Overall enjoyed the stay.

The property has tight parking. The electronics need to be upgraded to remove the DVD, VHS, CD players, and the TV needs a simple remote control. We never did get the MB TV to work right. The MB Furniture needs to be replaced. The end tables do not have any drawers and the armoire is filled with outdated electronics, leaving you nowhere to dress. Replace the end tables with ones that have drawers and replace the armoire with a dresser. The MB Bed is comfortable but if I owned it I would replace the mattress as it feels old. The kitchen counter is big and beautiful, but it is lacking outlet space to plug in accessories.

Exceptional views of the beaches and ocean and walking distance to restaurants and tourist attractions. Unit was comfortable and well appointed however the skillets are no longer non-stick. Ample supply of linens and towels. Great parking. Carpets could use a little cleaning and BBQ was too dirty and rusty to use

The whole process was easy, the property very comfortable and clean, beautiful view of the ocean...we had a fabulous time! Thank you!

Everything was perfect. We normally stay in a hotel when we visit Seaside. The condo was way more spacious. We will always inquire back here before renting a hotel in the future!!

So relaxing, comfortable king bed, hide a couch is old and broken down but Murphy bed is comfortable

This condo was in a great spot close to town and the beach. Furnishings a little worn and kitchen needed some essentials but overall good stay.

We have 3 kids, aged 6, 11, and 17 and had such a great time in this space for two nights. I really enjoyed having the fenced in area and bottom floor for the kids to hang outside. We used the BBQ and had great dinners cooked in the kitchen. Surprisingly, the Murphy bed was so comfortable, the kids swapped each night. We would totally come and stay again.

Unit not as advertised. Furnishings carpet worn and tired kitchen poorly equipped light bulbs missing or burned out Outdoor grill broken down and filthy underneath the lid worse stomach turning. There are better options in the same block. Avoid this one

Myself and my family had a wonderful time on this beach vacation. The condo was large and well stocked with the necessary kitchen and bathroom. The condo and location, were wonderful.

The condo is excellent. There could be newer carpet and some newer furnishings. Other than that everything was excellent. Awesome location and views. This was my first time in Oregon and the rental made my experience a wonderful one. Great value.

The location was awesome for running the prom/waterline in the am and the weather made it feel like running in air conditioning. The condo was clean and had just what we needed. In this new covid world, we brought food from home and the kitchen had everything that we needed for cooking. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable as was the Murphy bed. There were plenty of towels for the week also. We would definitely stay there again when on the coast!

This condo was in the perfect location. Beautiful ocean view. Right on the promenade for easy walk to beach and town center. However, as stated in the title, the condo needs a deep cleaning (carpets, accent pillows, windows, etc). We would also like to see more than one little soap bar, and maybe a roll of paper towels to start. None of our concerns though take away the enjoyment we experienced or would deter us from renting this condo again. One other note about Erin the property manager. He was extremely courteous and helpful upon our arrival. Thanks Erin!

Nice place right off of the beach in Seaside.

This condo is in the perfect location, steps from the promenade and with a panoramic view of the ocean. You can't beat that. However, the condo has some tired furnishings, like easy chairs where the leather is cut or worn through. Also, given the extra cleaning in place due to the pandemic, we expected it to sparkle. Instead, we found sheets that were musty and with small stains that hadn't come out in the wash. The towels also smelled a bit musty. Some of the glasses and bowls in the kitchen hadn't been fully cleaned either. We would recommend this unit for the location, but we would have liked some more attention given to cleaning and updating.

We loved it!! Would for sure stay here again ! Super close to all the shops and on the beach 🤗

Great rental! Clean and had everything we need for our stay in Seaside. 4stars because a dog had chewed up the TV remote in a previous stay. The rental company let us know this when we arrived and apologized.

Great location, good sized enclosed back yard, living areas are spacious with many elements original to this home and part of its quirky vintage charm. Lots of big windows on the front of the home let in plenty of light.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home. It was nice and clean, comfortable, convenient and had plenty of room. Plus, we could take our little pug dog with us. We had a wonderful time visiting. Thank you for providing such a lovely space for all of us.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Many parts of the home have been left and has some great retro features of a 1950-1960's home. We enjoyed the home and unlike a hotel it felt like being home. It is located in quiet neighborhood but close to Ocean. It was very clean (I am somone who sees dirt) and had all the ammenties of a WiFi connection, TV's in each room. You can watch Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu and other TV apps. The back yard allowed us to just let the dogs out and we washed our clothes there so we did not have to do so when we returned home. I think the negative review was from someone who was extremely picky, (maybe younger), and expected a new high-end, smart home, which this isn't, but if don't mind a littler older home. We recommend it. It was perfect for our needs. We will be back in a year and this is where we want to stay. Susan

First thing that was an inconvenience is that we had to drive to the far side of town to get the keys for the house. Also at 3:00 A.M when we left we had to go to the far side of town(OPPOSITE WAY WE WERE GOING) to return the keys. It would be more convenient for travelers to have the keys on site in a lock box. Second thing is we had to clean the house be for we could use it. We had been on the road for ten hours and then had to clean the house FUN. NOT NOT NOT Third they make you pay a cleaning fee and you have to wash towels because they don't leave you but four towels for five days. Thank you NOT. Also they want you to take out the garbage from all the trash cans.(WHAT DOES THE CLEANING PERSON DO) (WHY DO I NEED TO PAY A CLEANING FEE IF I DO ALL THE CLEANING)I under stand if the garbage is full to take them out but come on really. Also you are required to strip the sheets off the beds before you leave and then start the laundry. Fourth you turn on the hot water and it never gets really hot just a some what hot. Fifth The beds and living room furniture are old and disgusting, pet hair on the couch and the four chairs. Yes we requested a pet friendly home, but they need to lint roll the furniture so it is ready for the next guests. The house is in a great location and the parking was good, but we will never stay at that house again. BAD CHOICE
