The hotel was nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. There was a fan in the room. There were plenty of stores/food options in the area. The bus station was in walking distance. Nice seating area out front.

Very boutique chic, and I’m a guy, room was spacious, bed was comfy.

Not much, guess a bath would have been lovely, but not practical.

I stayed for my graduation at Queen’s University and the Warren was a 5 minute walk or less away from the university. I loved the decor of the hall, stairs and landing, and most importantly the room. I think the whole idea is great that it is self checkin and that the kitchen is fully stocked for breakfast, including a microwave to heat stuff and milk in fridge for tea and coffee. Would definitely stay again

I didn’t like how tight the parking is, when I stayed someone had there motorcycle parked in my designated parking spot, so I had to park in someone elses spot, luckily there was enough spots for everyone.

It was convenient and easy to access. Nice location close to the botanic garden. Great decor in the room.

It was great overall, though it did get quite hot at night and there was no fan. Noise from the street was loud at times so leaving the window open made it difficult to sleep well.

The room itself was absolutely beautiful

Unfortunately, I barely got any sleep. While I appreciate the location in the city centre, the noise from the street was quite bad until the early hours of the morning. I could hear other guests coming in and out until 5am having conversations in the hallway. I was pretty disappointed at how bad the soundproofing was in the rooms. I had booked as a treat for myself to stay up the night before the marathon and barely got any sleep, for £170 I at least expect to get a good night's sleep. When I went down to get my bags out of the car, I saw a rat in the car park (again, I appreciate it is a city centre), but it wasn't the best welcome especially when it'd so close to the accommodation.

L’arredamento era molto particolare, comodissimo il parcheggio a ridosso della struttura.
