It is a short walk from the villa to beautiful Eagle beach. The villa is clean and everything you need for an enjoyable stay is provided. Lovely grounds surrounding a small pool. Very quiet at night. If you like to walk there are a number of restaurants near by.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The only complaints I had was that the listing is misleading in regards to amenities offered. Some of the amenities(extra beach towels, washer/dryer,grill) are only available at an extra cost. The property manager did work with us in regards to this issue but It should say an extra fee for these items in the listing so that it is known. Also, the hot water was pretty much nonexistent but it did feel fine after being at the beach all day. Finally, the beach chairs were very old and some were broken. I was lucky because my sister had extra chairs in her condo that I was able to borrow for the beach. Overall, we were very happy with our place and enjoyed our stay. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

The condo itself was roomy and private enough for two couples. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, King/Queen bed along with a single bed and TV's. Downstairs had a kitchen, dining and living area. Outside the living room was a patio to have cocktails in the evening. We shopped at two stores for groceries, beer and wine: Ling and Sons and Super Store. Both store were too far to walk (my opinion). We ate at the following restaurants that are in walking distance; Screaming Eagle, Waters Edge, Pizza Bobs, Elliot's Italian and Ricardo's and either drove to or took the bus to; Aqua Grill, Flying Fishbone and El Gaucho. Along the beach at night we went to the Casino and Elements Bar. Over all I highly recommend this condo for its location and privacy.

What an awesome place to stay for vacation! My wife and daughter and I truly enjoyed staying at Enzo’s clean and comfortable home in a gated community for 1 full week in June 2018. Enzo’s home is a wonderful balance between privacy (well away from the hotel chaos) and convenient to access Eagle beach (a 4 minute walk away). The house was well furnished and had a relaxing patio (both in the lower floor and master bedroom) to enjoy the daily Aruba breeze. We initially thought we were booking a hotel room, but were pleasantly surprised to see 2 large separate upstairs spacious bedrooms (each with its own full bathroom), a fully furnished living area, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a downstairs half bathroom. Enzo e-mailed me a few times during the vacation to see if we had questions, and ensure we were enjoying our stay. We would swim at Eagle beach during the day, and enjoy the community pool, typically after 5 til sunset. The comfortable home was well maintained. This townhouse easily helped provide an intrinsically pleasant and awesome atmosphere to truly enjoy our Aruba vacation!

They provided pack n plays and a high chair as described. There were chairs outside to enjoy the patio area. All beach necessities were provided and perfect for us! Basic kitchen appliances- coffee maker, toaster were great for morning breakfasts. The grocery store was a short drive or long walk away. I would recommend renting a small car as the condo is just far enough from everything, or you'll be taking plenty of cabs. We rented a car as we also had babies with us and it worked out just fine (Ricky from Wheels2Go was great!!). We took a drive to baby beach. And also HIGHLY recommend Flying Fishbone. I did not realize how pricey all food was on the island. But it's an island, so they have to import everything. The only issue we had (was our own problem!) was the babies and the stairs- going upstairs doesn't have railings. We just put the kitchen stools at the bottom so we weren't so worried about them climbing. Overall a comfortable place to stay! Thank you! Aruba is One Happy Island, and it did not dissappoint!!

The home does not have any smoke alarms. The sliding glass door in the master bedroom did not open. The sliding door in the living room was very hard to open. The parking space was very tight. There was mold at the bottom of the master shower door. The pool was very dirty. We could not swim in it. The rest of the house was clean.

Unfortunately due to illness my husband and I needed to cancel our trip in the fall which we had scheduled in February. I was blown away by Enzo's kindness throughout the process. Today I received a follow up asking how we are and best wishes. WOW Enzo you are an amazing person and I can not wait to meet you one day. Thanks for everything!

This was our third visit to Enzo's condo, and we had a wonderful vacation. It offers the perfect balance of comfort and privacy while being close to a wonderful beach, shopping and other amenities. We do not bother renting a car, as we like to walk. Eagle Beach is an easy 3 minute stroll, which we take in daily, with the beach chairs and towels provided in the condo. I love to walk through the hotel and time share district in the mornings, before the sun reaches its peak, and both large grocery stores are accessible on foot - Ling & Sons (which we love for the extensive meat/seafood selection) and Super Foods (which offers amazing Dutch cheeses and specialty products). While at the condo, we spend most of our time on the shaded patio enjoying the climate and our meals, and this year we enjoyed the new Smart TV in the living room to watch Netflix and YouTube concerts in the evenings. This condo can't be beat in terms of convenience, comfort and value. Once you've experienced Eagle Beach, you'll know you've found Paradise!

Enzo's townhouse was a beautiful surprise our first year, and it just gets better and better. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Eagle Beach. He is uniquely detailed and attentive throughout the booking process, and he and concierge Dirima are responsive anytime during your stay. The photos say it all. The kitchen is well equipped, extra linens ready, beach towels, chairs and coolers... It is the best of luxury design and casual comfort. You can walk to the beach, but we rent a car to carry chairs & cooler. You can walk to nearby restaurants and shops, but supermarkets and island exploring require a taxi or car. Note that major appliances are European, but Dirima can quickly show you how to operate them, if you need. What more can we say, except please don't rent our favorite weeks next year! LOL.

We were very happy with the places. There were 7 of us including a baby and two grandmas. The place was very nice and clean. The unit had everything we need for cooking. The cable was great. There were 3 great channels for cartoon which is perfect for our toddler. it is only 5 minutes walk to the beach. There is a resort nearby where we normally went for happy hours and watched the sunset. Our daughter loved the pool and it's never too crowded and we liked it that way. The location is quiet by 10 PM. Great for family and elderly. The beach was also not in the crowded area and quite serene. Ms Dirima was very helpful. There also maintenance/care taker who came to fix things for us in timely manner. The one thing we didn't like was that they were doing some painting on the patio during our stay and it took a number of days. One day to scrape old paint, one/two days to patch, 1-2 days to paint. There weren't big paint job yet, it took several days. So, we had to keep moving our stuff/cloth rack in and out of the house. There were also some fixing in the next unit with the drill and it happened during the day - good thing that my baby is a good sleeper so that didn't bother her as much but it took a bit longer for her to go to sleep. The walls are very thin so we could hear the drill very well. I guess this maybe just a bad timing for us but it's not a deal breaker. We would consider staying at this place again.

This condo was just perfect. When we walked in, everyone said, WOW! I book through VRBO often but a part of me is always a little nervous. There was no need to worry. The owner was always responsive. Ms. Dirima is there if you need her, otherwise, she allows you to enjoy your vacation. Five of us, including two adults, two teenagers and a 10-year old fit comfortably. The condo has wi-fi, and Smart televisions to enjoy. We have no complaints other than we wish we were still there!

We returned to Enzo's condo for our second year and stayed two weeks. Our adult children joined us for the first week, and the layout - with two bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms - makes it ideal for two couples. The location is ideal, being a short walk to uncrowded Eagle Beach, yet sufficiently far away that it is quiet and laid back. A car is handy for touring the island, but not essential as there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and we even discovered that Super Foods is only about a half-hour walk away. If you buy more than you can carry back, they will secure a cab for you at the checkout. This year we ate at Red Fish (terrific seafood) and Matthew's (beautiful location on the beach). We also enjoyed grilled steaks and hamburgs on the grill at the condo. Our son and daughter-in-law rented bikes, and we enjoyed long walks along the beach. We spent many a happy morning and evening lounging on the patio, overlooking the garden, and basking in Aruba's consistently beautiful weather.

We stayed at this lovely townhouse for several days following our 2 week stay at our time share nearby. We found this home extremely clean, neat and well stocked: Including beach chairs, ice chest and thermos, beach towels and frozen blocks in freezer to keep things cold when taking cooler. We enjoyed the patio for morning coffee and breakfast and we liked to sit there in the evenings. There 2 TV's , however both were up stairs with one in each bedroom. Mrs. Dirima was very accommodating to us as she permitted us to leave our luggage at the house earlier than our check in time at 4 pm. We had to check out of our time share at 11. We really appreciated that hospitality as we had no where to keep out things. That was a huge plus. There were just 2 downsides . There were 4 of us ( 2 couples) and it was not possible for us to watch the March madness basketball games together or any TV together in the livingroom. as the 2 TV s were in each bedroom. The other downside was there was very dark, in the living room and bedrooms which made evening or night reading very difficult. The location was perfect , grounds very well kept and the long term neighbors very helpful. We liked this home .

The condo is in a quiet and secure area in Aruba and is about 2 miles from all the high rises. The place was clean and had everything we needed. I stayed here with another family so there were 4 adults and 3 kids. It was big enough for all of us and it was a short walk to the beach (about 5 min walk). We had a few hiccups along the way but Enzo was quick to respond and things were taken care of. All the reviews are pretty much accurate on the location, nearby restaurants and grocery stores etc. I don't have much else to add except that I wish I was back in the warmth of the sun and away from the cold Boston weather.

We loved this place so well last year that we booked it for an even longer stay this year. Very clean, elegant and modern, it is thoughtfully equipped and comfy. We enjoy it equally indoors--and out on our patio and at the wonderful pool area. Plus it is a short stroll to an amazing open stretch of Eagle Beach, the most beautiful in Aruba. The area is quiet and uncrowded, yet you are close to restaurants, shops, a casino, and even beach yoga at nearby Manchebo Resort. Next door to the property is Aqua Windy's for snorkeling, scuba and pool exercise classes. We love to cook, so the unit's nice kitchen plus an outdoor grill let us eat healthy and save money. We recommend renting a car prior to arriving, which makes it easy to get from the airport to the property, explore the island and stock up at the super markets. Super Food is good for all the basics, but we like Ling & Sons for fresh fish and meats. We are coming back in 2017. If you want peace and quiet in a great location with lots of healthy lifestyle activities, you'll love it too.

We have had a great stay in Aruba. The apartment was fine and everything was present. There was a swimming pool in the garden, we could, at the end of the day enjoy swimming. It was a short distance from the most beautiful beach of Aruba, Eagle beach! We even had an iguana in the garden! We will be back!

It was an amazing trip! The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. The owner provided beach chairs and a rolling cooler for us to take to the beach. The beach was a short walk from the condo and was beautiful. The condo was surrounded by many different places to eat and different activities to do while you visit. The owner also provided us with information about different restaurants and activities to do while we were in Aruba. If we had a question, the owner was quick to respond when we e-mailed him. Everyone we came in contact with were very helpful and friendly! We can't wait to go back!

What an awesome place Ezno has. Plus there is a nice breakfast / lunch spot right next door, called Life is beautiful which has great food. The pool was nice, and the beach was fantastic. Actually the beach was a lot better then what i saw at some of the resorts in the high rise. My last day i found coffee shops and a little food/shopping area near the Casio if you make a left facing the beach, bit of a walk but I like to explore. Over all i recommend it if you don't wanna be over crowded with tourist. Also bring an iron if you need one.

I stayed in this property with my family for the new year holidays, and was the perfect place for having a relaxing holidays with my parents and my brothers. The house in beutifully decorated, and very comfortable, the kitchen was better than we expected (and we are a family that loves to cook!). The beach that is a few steps from the complex is amazing for being all day long reading, and resting. Beside that, the house and the complex looks completly new, was perfectly cleaned and organized. The owner was all the time very approachable and Mrs. Dirima (the conccierge) was always helpful with all our needs. If we are comming back to aruba I will stay here again for sure, because its location is great for having a relaxing holidays, and at the same time if we wanted to go to the bars or casinos it wasn't a problem neither. I recommend this property to everyone that is looking for a relaxing place for the family, well located, and close to a beautiful beach.
