El mal olor de las cañerías, tanto del baño como de la cocina, fue muy, muy desagradable. La amenaza de no entregar las llaves si no realizaba el cheking online cuando la clienta no tiene, por su edad, conocimientos de informática. Falta de cortinas que oscureciera el dormitorio, desde las seis de la mañana ya era imposible seguir durmiendo. No pude acceder a la piscina porque no me dejaron la llave de la puerta de acceso.

Good location everything close by, beach, bus, shopping. Amazing view of the living room and kitchen. 👍

It had all the amenities I needed (the washing machine was a huge plus). It was also in a great location: very close to the beach, supermarket, and many restaurants.

I didn’t get a chance to use either pool (one was closed the whole time I was there, the other was only open 10am-7pm, which was inconvenient for me since that’s when I was out exploring the island). I also found a cockroach one night (I understand they’re inevitable in this environment), but luckily there was some bug spray in the apartment so I gave it a good spray down.

+awesome city view, especially during the evening/night +whole panorama view, from sea, through the city, to Teide volcano +everything is near by walk: beaches, restaurants, supermarket, parks, etc... +main TITSA station near, you can easily travel everywhere from there and explore Tenerife +kitchen has everything you need for cooking +internet is 4G mobile and it has unlimited data, it is usable for coference calls

-kitchen table was infested by small ants. I used insecticide spray but they have returned after 3 days. -apartment becomes hot between 10 - 13 AM as the sun shines inside and there isn't air condition -quite noisy because of the city traffic -noise and smoke from neighbors during evening -broken shower head -small amount of clothes pegs -only one bag for trash -remote control for TV is old and doesn't react good, some important keys don't work or you have to press them very hard and then sometimes they react twice or remain dead -washing machine uses 60 degrees no matter which temperature you set. It damaged my clothes.

Tv does’nt work properly

The accommodation is next door to the bus station, so you can get a bus to anywhere on the island. Shops, bars and restaurants are close to the accommodation. Not to far from the seaside.

The floor was very dusty and needs cleaning. The door to the balcony was needs fixing.

Nice host, great view, very well equiped, care for details :) and clean.

The day of our check-out, there was a power cut in the whole building.. 13th floor no elevator... we had to carry our luggage all the way down by ourselves.. not very fun. + very cold pool.
