1. Good location as we were able to walk to most places 2. Very friendly, kind and communicative host 3. Easy self check in 4. Modern interiors and nice decorations

1. The walls were covered in mould which is a major health & safety hazard 2. Very humid and old base construction, felt like a cave 3. Very uncomfortable mattress 4. No insulation whatsoever so we barely slept bc of the noise

Everything is so close to this apartment.

The style was top notch, great for a short weekend. we didn’t plan to cook but it looked like you had most things to self cater. good size bathroom, Aircon, nice quiet street so we didn’t worry about having the window open. we would highly recommend

for what we wanted, and how long we were there it was perfect.

The interior was really nice and it was something different. It was enough space for the two of us and the goods like spices or makeup remover that were provided were really helpful.

The only bad thing was that it doesn’t have windows except the one that was build into the front door. The location was OKAY but it’s not that central.

Great location, well stuffed kitchen, super comfy bed, very quiet street so having the window in the door open is totally fine. It takes only 40 mins from/to the airport and there’s a really nice area with views to have a drink round the corner, come out of the house and make a right, then another right and down the road. Communication with host was good too

Humidity smell - this could easily be fixed with a small dehumidifier.

The owner was very helpful and kind and we could ask for a later time to check-in. He contacted us earlier to discuss the handover of the key and he even sent us information about the city, which places should we visit. The accommodation was really nice, clean and comfortable. We were within walking distance from the centre of the city. Thank you!

-Everything is new and clean -Location is excellent, but I will warn you, it's on a steep hill, so not suitable for people with wheelchairs etc. -Grocery store mini preco is close and has quite good selection for a small shop. Also many bakeries are close, I suggest heading out to a morning walk and picking up fresh bread and pastries on the way! - Again, location is very good, within 500 meters there are so many restaurants/cafes/Bars that only problem is choosing. - Kitchen has a dishwasher which is nice - Closest Metro is about 700m away and it's very Easy to Come from airport with that -Wifi was stable

-There was some humidity, which means nothing dries inside, but there is a drying rack outside the door. - Some storage Space for clothes, like hanger or a clothing rack would be nice

Absolutely everything. Perfect location, comfortable bed. The place was also spotless and had all the amenities you would want! Gonzalo was a true gent and recommended some cool places. Amazing city and amazing property. We will be back for sure.

Nitpicking but the WiFi was slow and the shower head was broken. These didn’t matter in the grand scheme of things though as it’s a 10/10 apartment
