The hotel is very clean, with beautiful facilities, the staff is extremely helpful, the amenities are great, the breakfast is really good, the hotel has shuttles to the center of the city, my stay here was a lot better of what I expected

The room was big and spacious, very comfortable bed with good amenities. Staff is very competent and friendly. The hotel is quite pretty, very neat, with several different entertainment options and facilities (e.g. spa, swimming pool, gym, bars, restaurants, live music, etc). Location is good, specially if you're going to the zoo. There's also several means of transport available near (bus, metro). We had a really pleasant stay.

Dit is een vrij chique hotel en dat was aan alles te merken. Uitstraling, service, hygiëne, voorzieningen, etc. Alles was van top kwaliteit! Daarbij ook nog veel fijne extra's zoals parkeren onder her hotel en een shuttle service naar de binnenstad. Toch nog extra complimenten voor het super behulpzame en vriendelijke personeel. Deden hun uiterste best om je te helpen en vaak nog een stapje extra.

Er waren echt helemaal geen minpunten aan het hotel. Hadden eigenlijk te weinig tijd om goed te kunnen genieten van alles wat ze te bieden hadden.

Staff was kind and management responded very quickly to my concerns

I had to leave 100€ deposit per night which was a lot for three nights. This was not written anywhere in my booking. Hotel room was dusty, dirty, glasses, spoons from mini bar were obviously from the previous guest. No warm water on last night, they tried to fix it but it was 1am and I was told I had to run the water for 5 minutes etc. in short, a 5 star hotel should not run out of hot water. Breakfast was chaotic, we had to queue to be seated, and the buffet would run out of glasses, plates etc. Very slow service on cleaning up or bringing coffee. The manager on duty apologised on my check out which I appreciated but I still feel future guests should know what to expect

El trato del personal es excelente siempre en español si es necesario. Personal muy servicial.

très bonne literie, taille de la chambre, belle salle de bain, douche pluie très efficace, bar avec live jazz, offre intéressante vu prix élevés hôtels à Lisbonne et excellent pdj à 25€

Vu la taille de l’hôtel ouvert 24/7, l’arrivée bruyante dans une chambre voisine à 3:00 du matin. Prix accès piscine et spa élevé, à côté du métro mais écarté du centre historique

Tutto.. sopratutto la disponibilità e i servizi.. veramente fantastici.. mi sono ricreduta dal mio soggiorno di un anno fa che mi aveva deluso.. invece quest anno veramente ripeto tutto eccellente..

Fruits were excellent. Loved the pianomusic. Also the juices. And the fresh honey.

The hotel and staff were very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable. All staff were very professional this is from the housekeepers , breakfast staff and all of the reception staff. I would also like to say a big thank you to the driver of the Croinithia shuttle bus who was amazing and helpful.

This is for the booking .com site. and hotel. We have an early flight back & did not require breakfast , there is no where on you booking site to opt out of this or make an amendment (unless I missed this) . I did contact the hotel but no one came back to me , so we paid for the breakfast but did not have this on our last day due to leaving the hotel at 3 a.m.

Room was beautiful. Great pool and gym. Hotel shuttle was very useful. Great turn down service.

I ate in Soul Garden one night and it was terrible. Ordered the fish taco and it was battered - which it didn't say on the menu - and it came out cold. Despite telling my server this, there was no attempt to offer me anything else. The shuttle to the centre is great but it stops at 6pm which is slightly annoying. The pool is covered - I had read a review that it was uncovered in summer but this is not the case.
