Very quiet, close to shops and seafront. Very large apartment, nicely decorated and extremely comfortable

Location was perfect. Beds were very comfortable and the whole property was extremely clean and nicely decorated. Would recommend.

There was a cafetière available but no coffee available for it unless we couldn’t find it. Bathroom was fine and functional but could do with updating with just a modern shower.

The apartment suited us to a tee. Clean, comfortable, relaxing, with the facilities we needed/wanted, plus a nice little view of the sea. Location good for walking along the promenade to the Pier and Lanes area. Having the parking in the car park was great.

The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The owners have thought of everything, it felt like home from home. The beds are very comfortable with good quality linen. There was a plentiful supply of fluffy towels for our 4 day stay. Bottles of water and milk as well as a supply of tea and coffee was a nice added extra. The location is perfect, nice and quiet and just across the road from the beautiful promenade. It’s very close to bars and restaurants and a 20 minute walk to the main attractions. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation!

Property was beautifully decorated and had almost everything we needed as a family travelling with a young child wanting a home from home. Proximity to the beach/attractions was perfect, everything in walking distance and the parking space was invaluable. Despite being in a busy area it isnt too noisy, even despite having building work going on opposite. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again if we were coming back to Brighton.

Very disappointing shower (no pressure), not completely clean in some areas (tooth paste marks on the sink in the separate toilet and quite a lot of dust in some areas). WiFi is slow/intermittent, especially if you are using multiple devices (phones and Amazon Firestick for TV in our case). Neighbours balcony right next to living room window is something to be aware of (gave us a shock seeing a face at the window)

The property was absolutely stunning. Lovely and clean with a beautiful Decor. We were a couple with a 18 month old baby and we were spoilt for Room. The Host really has thought of everything. Great communication with the Host too. Ideal location for the beach, Pier and Lanes. Perfect place to stay if a family or maybe 2 couples. We will definitely be back.

If I had to be picky, maybe the property could of had bath sheets instead of towels.. but if that’s the only thing I can think of then they are doing a fabulous job!

My friends and I were delighted with this apartment. It’s spacious and comfortable and has a luxurious feel to it. We all had a great night’s sleep in very comfy beds. It’s an easy walk to Brighton centre. The host was very welcoming and great on communication. We were sorry to leave and can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location. We had 3 nights here and we walked into Brighton everyday. Great to have parking too. Would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Great location, beautiful period property and nicely decorated

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location. The seafront is at the bottom of the road and it is a short walk along the seafront to Brighton pier. At the other end of the road is a lovely high street with lots of places to eat & drink. There is private parking next to the property and picking up keys and communication with host was brilliant. Really lovely stay for our young family.

TV. No Smart TV so had to watch what was on live which was not very good.

Great communication from the host and clear instructions.

The only very minor point is the kitchen and it's floor could do with bringing up to the excellent standard of the rest of the flat. But it doesn't detract from the overall quality of this accommodation.
