The house is big and fine, the bbq, the outdoor gazebo and the pool are nice but there are still some negative points:

A leg of an outside bench was broken. They told us that as soon as they find a replacement they would deduct it from our deposit and return the rest of the money. After 10 days without knowing anything, they sent us a ticket informing us that they bought a furniture set (bench, 2 chairs and table) and they charged us for the complete set, even though you can easily find replacement parts on the internet (we did in 5min). We understand that we have to pay for the bench, but almost €300? We told him that we would happily pay the shipping costs for the other pieces of the set, after all, we paid for a complete set when only a bench was broken. We got no response. Well, this was not the only negative point. - As we arrived on the island early, we asked if we could check-in early. For early check-in, they charge €15 per person, or €40 if it's just one person, so we decided that we would be at normal time. They arrived more than an hour late. - At check-out time the same, they charge you if you want to do it a little later. However, this time they arrived earlier than the check-out time and even the cleaning service was already inside the premises, completely invading our privacy, and with some of our personal belongings still unpacked. - There is a camera outside the house, which is not reported in the ad. It is not pleasant to rent a house, and when you arrive you see that perhaps you are being recorded. - It has a very small kitchen, and the fridge, which was supposed to be one year old, hardly cools, we even had to throw away some meat after just 3 days. - Not possible to have 2 showers at the same time. No warm water enough - It has poor access, taxis did not arrive at the door, and some even did not come at all after telling them the address. In addition, if you don't know the area, it is not easy to find as the gps will take you along a dirt road, stones and unevenness which will even scratch the bottom of your car.

Lovely and peaceful place located about 8 minutes drive from Sant Antoni. Gardens or fields all around, no noise from neighbours Good view down to the sea and sunset.

The road to the villa is a bit rough but not too bad. WiFi not great.
