Hervorzuheben ist wirklich das total freundliche Personal! Super freundlich und hilfsbereit

Die Lage ist nicht wirklich gut. Weit weg von den sehenswerteren Stränden in San Antoni und nach Ibiza Stadt auch über 25 min. Immerhin fährt vor der Tür ein Bus. Unser Apartment war ansonsten in Ordnung. Ausstattung eher spärlich, bspw. Kein Föhn und auch nur wenig Besteck in der Küche. Vermutlich würde ich nicht noch einmal dort übernachten

The staff were fantastic, always extremely helpful and just lovely to have a chat with! The apartments are kept in great condition, and had air con in the main area, a balcony and a fan in the bedrooms. The pool is kept clean and is lovely and private, additionally the location was fantastic so we typically walked everywhere we needed to go, and there were plenty of small supermarkets a stones throw away!

It has a private parking what is a plus, but it is small. so be careful with big cars and during the high season moments. Staff is nice and good.

In the kitchen it had broken stuff like knives, forks and etc. it does not have coffee machine (even Spanish one). the shower did not work properly neither. for the summer time the bedroom does not have air-conditioning so be careful if you need it in the room.

The location was great, bus stop 1 min from the hotel, rooms were spacious and clean. Nice little terrace.

The staff. On the first day when we arrived check-in took ages (when we came the lady was not even bothered to help us until we asked for it). One of our friends had to go urgently to the bathroom and she told us shortly that there’s no bathroom. Asked about the breakfast (hotel had a bar) - also no option. At the day of check-out when we came to pick up our luggage there was another person at the reception (a guy) and when we asked if there was a place to change he showed us immediately the bathroom downstairs and asked us if we need anything else like towels so he could provide us. That’s the type of service you expect when paying almost 200€ per night. Also, we were group of 6 people and only got 6 little plastic packs of shower gel, no soap to wash our hands whatsoever.
