nice pool area, near the beach

the apartment was huge! almost no furniture, which is why it felt like being in prison! bathroom was gross. the matress from the sofa bed was hard like a rock, still have backpain from those nights! even though they changed the matress after complaining which was very kind!

- The staff was very attentive and responded quickly - The rooms were spacious, there was a safe in the room - The green spaces around the houses - The pool which was loved especially by the kids - great location with several bus line at the hotel going to the beaches and San Antonio - quiet neighborhood - Overall a great location for both young people as well as families

-The beds were a bit light and moved easily, especially when trying to join the single beds to a double one - The check in was 1 hour later than scheduled, which would not be a big deal, but since we arrived early that day the wait was a bit long. The staff tried the best and we could already use the pool and leave our things in the luggage room

Good location but did need to use lots of taxis to get to venues and they were very difficult to get at certain times of day and night. Pool was clean and plenty of sunbeds provided. Excellent breakfast with a wide range of choices. Room was basic but adequate. Added bonus of hair straighteners in the dressing room!

Very welcome staff, nice views, nice pools, nice gardens. The apartment was very spacious and had all the facilities needed. Huge balcony which we loved. They also have a baggage room which was very helpful as we had a late flight. Even if we checked out, we was still able to use the pool and their facilities before we left.

Amazing staff, really helpful and friendly. Very nice clean facilities, great pool and gym and a nice touch was the shower in the gym I could use on the last day after we checked out because I had a late flight which meant I could shower before the flight. Also a 24 hour reception so great for checking in if you have a late flight or any issues during the night etc.

On the last night some idiots starting playing loud music from 4am was the only issue we had. This wasn't the hotels fault but just really annoyed me and ruined an otherwise perfect stay. The location was a bit out of the bay too but we didn't mind that as it was only a 10 min walk and meant it was generally quieter too.

very spacious clean and a good price

The room - I booked an apartment for 3 people, there were 2 rooms (1 bedroom and 1 living room with a kitchen box), there are also 2 small additional spaces, one of them was a perfect make-up room for the girls and 1 toilet and a big terrace. the view from the terrace was not nice, but there are apartments with a nice view, so you just have to ask. Location - The bus that I used was line number 9 from the airport in Ibiza to the hotel, it doesn't stop directly in front of the hotel, so you have to walk a bit, the price of the bus was 4€ one-way and it takes 40/45minutes. To the central station of San Antonio, the bus is 15/20 minutes. The location is a bit far away from the center. Staff - AMAZING. Everyone was really friendly. They allow you to stay at the pool before check-in if you arrive earlier and they have a room where you can leave your luggage while waiting, the same at check-out. My flight was late at night and the check-out was at 11:00, so they allowed me to leave my luggage in the room so I was able to go to the city center and stay at the pool again. Pool - there are plenty of sunbeds, the pool was clean, the area around the pool as well, there are showers that you could use before going to the pool and there is nice music. Facilities - additionally, the hotel has a small gym area and toilets where you could also change clothes.

Facilities - the toilet door that was in the gym didn't have a lock. Cleanliness - there was a bit of dust on the floor in the room when we checked in.

Wasn't expecting much but spotless clean friendly staff loads of space in the room. Loved the dressing table. Cleaners came late in the evenings I really loved that after a heavy night in ibiza 😁

Parking in the area is hard tho we managed to find space close by every day

We stayed here with our kids for 6 nights and I am so much impressed with the service here. Very clean and beautiful hotel area.The staff is very helpful and always smiling. The breakfast was great and pool was clean. Perfect stay for families with kids. Most important is that the rooms are really big and omfortable. The kitchen is well equipped...just perfect!!!

Great location, the hotel was clean but very dated, didn’t see many staff, only the receptionist, lifeguard at pool and person who work in food hall. Good pool area, the hotel wasn’t full so very quiet.

Better sleeping facilities, sofa bed was small and very uncomfortable. Also, air conditioning only worked in one room.
