We had a great family vacation at Paradise Heights in Scottsdale. This house and property are huge and come with everything you could ever need! The pool and hot tub were awesome (we paid for heat) and the house had so many activities to keep us all busy - we played basketball and pickleball, practiced golf on the putting green, played Pac-Man, shuffleboard and pool and watched shows in the theater room. It was nice to have a TV in every room with Disney+ already active. We also easily used our Netflix account on their devices. The bedrooms were all a good size, with plenty of furniture and comfortable beds. The kitchen is very large with a large dining table (seats 8) and kitchen island counter. We would definitely recommend this property and would come back next time we're in Scottsdale with family.

Great location, well stocked, comfortable beds and perfect pool/backyard games for family fun. Any issues we had were quickly resolved by property management.

House layout and outside features were great. Stayed with family (group of 10) and the property served us perfectly.

Great spot with everything we needed! Enjoyed staying at the pool, the outdoor bar area, and enjoyed the games outside & in! Not far from downtown Scottsdale, incredible place. Would highly recommend for group trips

House is even nicer than the pictures make it look. The pool was great. Perfect spot to spend time with friends or family in the big pool and living area.

Local group wanted a private pool to celebrate a birthday. House was clean and everything was as highlighted in the listing. It was 110+ degrees the weekend we were there but the pool was refreshing and had some shade.

We had a wonderful stay! All of the amenities were just as pictured and fully enjoyed. We loved the neighborhood and proximity to airport and attractions. The responsiveness of the property managers and owners was fantastic and helped with last minute questions. The house was clean and well appointed. Would only add a lime/lemon juicer to the kitchen. :) Also, note that pool heat is an additional charge (which it doesn't say until you book - not an issue in the summer but adds to cost other times of year). The house is nice, and the backyard is great for a staycation with friends or family. We had paid to have the pool and spa heated during our stay. It was not heated when we arrived and per the instructions, we were not to touch the remote. We reached out to let them know, and we got a response the next morning from Billie the property manager. She came by the house and the issue was resolved. It was unfortunate that we didn't get to use the spa the first night, but Billie tried to make it right. Our only other complaints were the air conditioning wasn't working in part of the house but Billie sent out a guy to fix it the second day and we had no other issues the rest of our stay. My other recommendation is to change the checkout time to 11:00 am, 10:00 is too early. In my experience, no other vacation rental companies have checkout times that are this early nor do hotels. We requested a later checkout after we were told we couldn't get reimbursed for the spa not working the first day. Billie was able to make it happen for us and we checked out at 11:00.

We had the best time here! Two families with a total of 8 kids ages 16 to 5 and everyone had a blast. Not once did anyone complain they were bored. The pool was perfect, we played pickle ball, basketball, corn hole and had enough space in the backyard to play some football! After getting worn out playing all day it was so nice to turn on a movie in the theater room for the kids and let the parents relax in the outdoor spaces. Inside the house is so spacious and the open concept is great for having everyone together. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for the perfect family or adult getaway!

Way over priced. No lock on the sliding back door. Air con didn’t work in the bedrooms. Barely stocked with anything - no salt and pepper or olive oil or cooking basics. 30 minute drive to Old Town. Charged us $300 for late check in - we thought it was at 11 (which is standard) and when I we realized it was actually 10, I called to say the last of our party was leaving and they assured me they wouldn’t charge then charged me anyway. Stay away from this company if you don’t want to get ripped off.

I had a few concerns, however, my son and his friends had a great time!

It was the absolute perfect spot and I was getting messages from people back home as well as from the other families on the team for the information because it looked so beautiful and fun. Everyone had something to do! The kids swam, used then putting green, and spent hours playing basketball and pool. The adults hung outside watching March madness. The home was beautiful and homey. The home is in need of repairs. Broken table, broken chair, Ceiling outside needs patching and painting, drier vent hose torn, 2 bedrooms had no dresser and my family had to put their clothes on the floor for 8 days. One of the bathroom overflowed in the morning and went into the shower and onto the floor. We got a plumber out their and they fixed it but they did come until about 1 in the afternoon. On that side of the house there are 3 double beds (6 people) and only one bathroom.

Everything was great! No issues, loved the location. House worked out perfect for us.

The house is the perfect size for a big crowd. It’s very spacious so no one is crammed for space. The backyard is beautiful and very relaxing. The only issue I had was the cleanliness in the master bedroom. Other than that it was a great experience.

The weather didn’t cooperate for us to use the backyard as much as we would like but it is a fabulous space! Property manager was very prompt to reply and the house was well stocked with towels and a welcome basket etc… Kitchen is minimally stocked but we weren’t cooking much so it was fine for our visit— we had almost everything we needed. Coffee filters would have been a nice addition. Kids loved the theatre room!

The property was absolutely amazing and the location was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay! There were a couple of things that weren’t so great—we couldn’t get the hot tub to heat up (maybe because pool heater was on). I didn’t know until the last minute that it costs $95/night to heat the pool. I would suggest prompting guests to view that info before they finalize their booking. Final thing—we couldn’t get the pool/hot tub lights to work. With this being said, we still had a fantastic vacation here!

We had 4 couples join for a 40th birthday long weekend and it was a perfect place to relax and have fun. Loved the pool and popping into town for a few dinners. We cooked in one night and it had all the cookware and table settings needed. We just supplied all the food and cooking items like spices and oil. The hot tub gave us issues with heating up high enough but I’m not sure we fully understood the ins and outs of it. I feel like the help after the inquiry could have been more helpful but in the end it did not taint the overall trip. I recommend this house highly.

This property was great, wonderful pool area and backyard and nice open kitchen/living area. There was an issue with the water the first few days, the cold had an issue so it was burning hot but it got fixed. The house was mostly re-modeled but the master bath was still old. There are a few repairs needed you could tell were just patched back but for a few day stay it was great!

This house worked out just perfect for a family gathering to celebrate a 70th birthday. There were bedrooms for everyone. We spent most of our time in & around the pool. The kids and adults enjoyed the waterslide. Location was good. A quiet neighborhood. The movie theatre was a huge hit with the kids. It was a great time had by all!

Our party of 8 college friends celebrate our 50th birthdays at this lovely property. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, with lots of entertainment options indoors and outdoors. We enjoyed spending the days exploring Scottsdale, Sedona, and the Boulders Spa, but because the house was so nice we had most dinners on the patio and enjoyed the pool/spa/slide. The property managers were very responsive. When we discovered the spa didn’t heat up on the first night, it was addressed the very next morning. I would recommend staying here and would book again when visiting the area. Our entire party loved staying here, thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great home lots of room!

we were so happy with this booking! we spent the first part of the week with friends and the second part of the week with our family and kids. and it was perfect for both types of functions!

Visited this property for a girls weekend getaway and we were not disappointed! There were 14 of us and there was plenty of space. Although, I will note that 2 girls had to sleep on a pull-out couch and 4 girls shared the bunk beds. Luckily, we're all close friends, but not sure how other groups may feel about these sleeping arrangements. Other reviews noted a lack of supplies in the house, but we had no issues with the amount of toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, etc. We were there the entire weekend (w/one night out) and ran out of nothing. The property owners were quick to respond via email or text. We had one issue where the house was hot at night in a couple bedrooms but they responded the next day with multiple fans and checked the vents. The next nights were comfortable. The only weird thing was the amount of noise violation signs around the property. There is literally a night-up ear outside telling us how loud we are. We totally understand the need to be quiet in the neighborhood, but the ear was a little much. We just turned it into a game. In all, I would recommend this property for any large group that loves outdoor relaxation!

A few things about the property needs to be known. The septic tank must be small because the pipes/ sink was easily backed up which made the house smell terrible. Not constant but very prevalent when it backs up. There is a Mrs. Packman machine but it doesn’t work. The theater is really cool, however the AC on that side of the house is sub-par and the top chairs don’t recline. Lastly, the back porch patio table is very close to breaking on one side. Not to say this is a bad place. Overall, great place to stay but these few items need addressed.

Absolutely beautiful house. Loved the pool and everything the house had to offer. We barely left the house fun for all ages.

We LOVED our stay at Paradise Heights. The house was wonderful, the pool was gorgeous and made for the perfect setup for a girls weekend. If you plan to cook, the house does not have olive oil, salt, pepper, etc. Just a note I wish we had known ahead of time. I highly recommend booking!

This property is incredible! It looks exactly like the pictures. We have an awesome stay- as stated by the listing this house is equipped with the basics so you will need to pick up some essentials, but overall the kitchen has the utensils you need, the grill is great, the backyard is perfect. Very clean house- accommodates everyone perfect. I will definitely be back or try another property through this management!
