Great location! clean property!

Great place 100%!!! Very cozy , big, lots of room , nice private patio , great kitchen , dining , fireplace , comfy living room!! Great place in village , nice area!!! April first week great snow !!!!

Wow. This place is amazing. So clean and well kept. Every amenity you would ever need. Perfect location. Right by the hot tubs. About 200 feet from the ski ticket counter and maybe 300 feet from the lift. Heated ski storage. We were so happy with this place. And the management company even over Christmas answered phones and texts. Such a great experience. Will be back.

The location is great. The condo was very nice, but there were some things that could be improved. Positives: great location, nice amenities, nice kitchen and appliances. nice hot tubs Negatives; * no A/C - noisy street traffic with windows open, * very, very poor lighting - some lamps without light bulbs * early checkout time - 10:00 am - with lots of requests for things to do prior to checkout - dishes, etc *very hard uncomfortable beds If the lighting was improved, it would really make the condo more pleasant. A/C would make the condo more comfortable and mattress toppers would make the beds more comfortable. But… the location can’t be beat and the communal hot tubs were very nice.

When we arrived, we noticed the property was clean and welcoming. This place was well setup for our family of 4 and the location right on the mountain was great. The condo felt quiet and comfortable, secluded but close enough to markets and not too far from the downtown area, it was perfect for us. The whole condo felt spacious, the balcony was cozy, and the beds were large and comfortable. My family and I loved it and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

It was exactly what we were looking for.

This condo cannot be beat if you are in town for a ski trip! It was clean, well stocked and communication with the rental company was excellent! We would definitely stay again.

Great location just steps away from the Gondola with good restaurants within walking distance and a small liquor store that sells some other items right across the street. Property very prettily decorated with very comfortable master bedroom. Firm mattress which I love! The twin beds in the other room I was told were ok. The only two drawbacks for me, although I still rate this property very highly, is there is no real view of the mountains as, from the parking lot, you go down a level to get to the condo. The other small drawback is it's right on a fairly busy road so when in the master bedroom, you can hear trucks/cars. It didn't bother us, though, as my husband is a heavy sleeper and I use ear plugs because I am a light sleeper. The location is just fabulous, though, with easy access to anything you'd want to do in Steamboat Springs. Note that navigation systems may get a bit messed up. The property is right at an intersection, but for some reason, our car navigation had us turn and go up the road just a bit; when, in reality, the parking for the complex was straight across the intersection. Just look for the Dulany sign.

The pictures don't do it justice. It was beautiful. Very nicely kept. Great location. Close to the free bus to downtown. The condos are quiet and relaxing. Home away from home.

Lovely condo. Beds could use a topper and pillows are very hard but that may be a personal taste. Amazing location and clean building and unit. Would love to stay again.

This condo has it all. Management also arranged a snowmobile tour that was one of the true highlights of the trip. Great location and very short walk to ski. Will come back again.

We appreciated the well stocked (spices & basics) kitchen to allow us to cook a few meals in, good warm space.

The property is a short walk (less than 3 minutes) to the gondola. There are lots of nice restaurants/bars in walking distance. The kitchen was very well appointed - spices, knives, pots, pans, etc. Would highly recommend it.

This was a family ski trip with our 4&6 yr old children. The property was located ~4 min walk from the gondola which was great with young kids worn out from a fun day on the mountain. Clean and comfortable with all needed amenities. Beds were comfortable and every room has its own thermostat. There were even puzzles and games which we loved playing. Would happily return to this condo next year!

The location is great, only yards from the snow and the gondola. Being on the first floor is a real plus when walking in ski boots. The condo is very spacious with good sized bedrooms and large windows which provide a good view and plenty of light. The kitchen was better stocked than my own. Enjoyed everything about our stay. Thanks.

We visit steamboat 2-3 times a year. We would definitely stay here again. Nice artistic touch, great community area for family time. Covered patio was great too …

What a perfect place to spend the weekend with our daughter and her fiance before their wedding! Beautiful, comfortable, well appointed, and close to all kinds of fun activities and eats. Cathy was so friendly and helpful, and a super attentive communicator. We highly recommend tgis listing and we'll be back for sure!

This property accommodated our family group of 5 while celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary in Steamboat Springs.

Very nice two bedroom condo on ground floor. Comfortable furniture and beds. Stayed here for 11 nights in late April, 2021. Would definitely rent this property again.

The condo was wonderful, equipped with everything you need. Very nice and clean. We will be back.

The location was great near the slopes and access to nearby restaurants. The condo was very neat and the management was superb. We will rent again on our next trip back
