The view was great, when we didn't have to breathe 2nd hand smoke from units around us.

This place is very misleading about its policies. The " No Smoking" only applies to guests, not to the owners of the condos around you. we had a hard time enjoying the balcony because they were smoking around us, and it was choking us on ours. Also, the "No Pets" only applies to the unit you rent because we heard at least two dogs barking above us and met a "resident " in the elevator with her dog. This was definitely not a service dog. They even have a "Dog Walk" posted on the side of the building. Upon arrival, all of the luggage carts were out in the rain, soaking wet. They are still out there in the rain on our departure date six days later. The stove burner was broken in the unit; it took three days to get it fixed. Power was shut off during the day due to planned electrical work that we didn't find out until the day before we arrived. My wife is recovering from a broken ankle and had to hobble down 9 flights of stairs. The tub drain was stopped up; I fixed it myself.

Door jam had a screw missing and lock was difficult to open.

The room was spacious & quiet, even with us being directly across from the elevator. There were plenty of towels, dishes, etc.

The tub had a ring around it & the bathroom in general wasn't too clean & the couch could probably use a good steam clean. The balconies for the ocean front rooms are EXTREMELY, UNCOMFORTABLY CLOSE (pic added)! We were on the 9th floor but a brave soul could've easily climbed from one balcony to another! My purpose for the trip was for PEACE & QUIET & I was looking forward to spending lots of time on the balcony without talking or entertaining, but it was impossible, thanks to our very friendly neighbors, so we didn't spend a lot of time there. Also, we turned off the A/C when we had the balcony door open & when we were at the pool, but the floors started sweating & became wet, and not just a "little!" We aren't smokers, but the no smoking policy is strictly enforced. A neighbor below us was warned multiple times about smoking on his balcony & was almost evicted.

The right burners on the cook stove does not work and the entrance door ti condo stuck each time we left. No staff available to help.

Bed and couch weren’t compatible. Bed especially so.

The king bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Love the balcony it was in front of the ocean. So nice. The inside pool was very nice too. The outside pool was to cold to get in. The kitchen in the room was also great.

They was nothing really I didn't like.

Amazing view! The kitchen was well equipped, so on the 1st day a quick grocery run was all we needed and then we enjoyed making breakfast each morning. The sofa bed had a decent mattress perfect for the kids. All the pools were open, and having both indoor and outdoor options worked well since it was cold during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

No pool or beach towels are provided. We did not bring any so we did have to utilize the 2 extra bath towels for the 4 of us. (We flew and space was limited or we would of bought some). I think that should be provided for sure given the amenities available for use and being a beachfront property. The King size mattress was very thin and could use an update. They also have a little store on site which was really convenient, but it's only open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday....not so convenient.
