The unit itself was terrific. I love having extra powder room. The views were good. Staying in the residences over the hotel is so much better. But for the fact that the rates did not include a stocked mini fridge or daily housekeeping being able to check out from the hussle and bussle of the main hotel entrance really one me over. I do not love the elevator set up though. Would stay again.

Everything as expected

We had an excellent time in South Beach and this is a great property to stay at. The 1 Hotel is amazing and the apartment itself was perfect. Natalie and her staff were very communicative and helpful and we are looking forward to returning soon.

We would highly recommend this property. Great location, amenities and customer service was top notch. Great for conferences, families, pet friendly property, remote working, etc. If we could live there, we would. Bed was comfortable, unit had everything you need. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit too. Balcony view was perfect for morning coffees, remote working and sunset views. The restaurants on site was able to cater to all dietary needs too. Would highly recommend this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this immaculate, well decorated, and well situated unit. The 1 Hotel is the best hotel in Miami. The pool and beach are wonderful. Service was top notch. Restaurants and bars were all good. I would definitely stay here again. The owner was easy to communicate with.

We love 1 Hotel and have visited friends here before. It is a very warm and beautiful property with excellent food and drinks. The bed in this unit may have been the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in! The only suggestion would be for better blinds as the ones in the master weren't functional and the one in the living room were very flimsy. All in all, we loved it stay and will return!

Great time in South Beach. Apartment was exactly as described. Used the pools all day each day. Direct beach access was wonderful for short beach trips. Chauffeured car was really convenient and helpful for getting to local dinner reservations. Would 100% come back.

We loved our stay at this wonderful condo! The hotel is very beautiful and you definitely feel like your on vacation!! The multiple pools throughout was amazing, especially the rooftop adults only pool! We loved having access to the house E car to get to some of our nearby dinner reservations! Very responsive property manager when I called due to slow draining sinks in the bathrooms. He sent an engineer to fix it within about an hour! My only suggestions would be to supply a few more washcloths, hand towels and some kitchen linens to wash the dishes. I had to do laundry on towels several times during our stay ( wasn’t the biggest deal) My daughter and husband wanted a little firmer pillows but I enjoyed mine. The bed in bedroom was very comfortable! We are already planning our return trip to the 1 hotel! Thanks for a great relaxing trip to South Beach!

Great location and an amazing condo.

This unit was everything my family needed. It was well furnished with a comfortable bed, attached to a gorgeous hotel. Communication was excellent and the check-in/out process was a breeze. We’ll definitely be back!

We love the 1 Hotel but for (a) the price , (b) tiny hotel rooms, and (c) eating three meals per day in a restaurant. Staying at a condo on the property is the best of all worlds. For the price of a very modest hotel room (or a bit less) you get a beautiful condo with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, 1.5 baths, and a great balcony. It’s a large, well-appointed, newish condo. We make our own coffee in the morning and eat a yogurt or a bagel at our pace to avoid breakfast in a restaurant. We have full use of all the hotel facilities as if we are hotel guests. We used the gym, sat by the pools, and ordered drinks and food when we wanted. Later In the day, we sat on our balcony to read and unwind. The management company was very attentive. They were surprisingly strict about check-in being after 4 pm. Checkout was regimented as well. When I forgot my passport in the room, the management company helped me get back in right away. I have two constructive criticisms only. First, the ad should mention that the view is north over the street and neighbouring beach. There was a lot of street noise. The better view is south or east over the main pool of the resort toward the keys. We still enjoyed the balcony every day. But the ad did not let us know that we were on the wrong side of the building. It could be clearer. Finally, we have to mention that when we arrived, the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. The mirror was smudged and streaked as if it had been washed with a dirty rag. The shower tiles and floor felt slippery or a bit slimy. There was no visible mold or dirt. It just did not seem to be “squeaky clean” as we would have expected (especially being kept out until 4:00 pm to allow for a thorough cleaning). We are very likely to come back to the 1 Hotel Residences again. South Beach is just a great place for Canadians to come with a short flight to get to warmth for a few days. And the 1 Hotel Residences is a wonderful place to stay that meets all of our needs. We probably would not stay in this unit again as we would pay a bit more for a south or east view. I love the 1 Hotel! The amenities are amazing - gym, restaurants, juice bar, clothing shops, rooftop restaurant, etc.! The unit is on the residence side which has its own entry and concierge. Would definitely love to stay in this beautiful, clean, unit again!

Natalie and her team were super responsive. The property and apartment were spotless and had all the amenities you would need. A good "Miami" spot if you are looking to avoid the younger party scene but appreciate a well curated and higher end experience. No noise at night which made for great sleep!

Such a wonderful time on South Beach at this gem of a property! The hosts are responsive and it could not have been better - unless someone could have arranged for the sun to come out every day we were there. Thank you!

First this is way cheaper than staying at the hotel but it is the same experience. You are literally staying a multimillion dollar condo with an amazing. The employees provide perfect customer service with help at every corner. It is well worth the extra money to stay here. The process of checking is extremely easy and efficient. This was the perfect spot to experience Miami. Ocean drive is a mile walk with many pleasant walking and biking paths. Book through the resident properties and save money! Thanks Natalie!
