The property was clean, comfortable and felt like home away from home. There was a lot of amenities and the hot tub was wonderful. I love the fact that it is very close to the station. I definitely recommend and will be visiting again soon.

The lodge was very nice, very clean.

I came by car and when one goes to the lodge area (going through the car park where reception is located) the car is caught by cameras and then it registers that the car is parked on the car park, and then one receives parking charge notice that their car was parked for 16 and more hours on the car park whereas it was parked on the allocated space near the lodge. I received 3 letters (during the stay I had to drive somewhere and come back) with parking charge notice. There should be a way that customers cars are registered and not being charged just by going through the car park.

Everything, spacious and clean. Staff are also accommodating when we had issue with the hot tub - it was our fault but they were happy to assist us.

Perfect location, excellent hot-tub and well equipped kitchen. Accommodation was warm and clean and very comfortable.

The range on the menu at the restaurant was a little limited and not being able to use the hot tub on the day of departure was a little disappointing for the girls, but we understand why this was the case.

It was clean, spacious and comfy. Plenty of facilities to prepare food if needed. The hot tub was great!

Where the hot tub is there is not a lot of privacy from the rest of the motor home park, although we did stay in winter where there was not a lot of leaves on the hedges.

The lodge was brilliant, however the cleanliness was 5/10 and the cleaning facilities were limited, toilet roll, towels and washing up liquid. Considering Christmas and Boxing Day the staff were off we had to find these items elsewhere.

Lodges are warm and comfortable once you get to one where the heating works. Security were extremely helpful in helping me dig my car our when it got stuck.

Heating didn't work in the first lodge I was put in. It took around 40 minutes to get moved to another. After a heavy dump of snow no effort was made to make the roads on-site safe to drive on. Parking each night for the following week took forever as it was virtually impossible to drive on the roads and into parking spaces due to the snow and ice. My car got stuck one night for an hour and a half. I'm very grateful to the security guard who came and helped me out of the predicament. The owners / management of the site just did not seem bothered about remedying this problem at all. Also, when I returned to the site to collect something I'd left behind I was blocked from leaving the site for nearly two hours as the site management brought in a new lodge. No attempts to inform visitors of the intended blockage were made, there were no signs in place warning visitors, simply no attempt at management of the process had been put in place. Instead I was made to feel unreasonable for wanting to leave the site despite my being on the way to work. This could easily have been avoided with a little communication and planning.
