Such a fantastic dog-friendly condo in the perfect location and exactly as described! With the Yampa right across the street you can relax and enjoy exploring the many hot springs and the parks on the quiet (but not boring!) end. The location is ideal to walk to almost everything, including downtown Steamboat and all the great restaurants that Kelly recommended, as well as all of the great downtown shops, and the farmers market (check it out!). Everything else is close by, so you don't have to drive far to experience the rest of Steamboat, including Fish Creek Falls (go early!). Highly recommended!

We did a quick weekend in Steamboat prior to school starting there was a great free music concert and an art fair as well as a very large farmers market. The place was great very central to everything close to parks, trails and great food! We brought our dog and she enjoyed it as well!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property. Great location - easy walk to town, shops, ice cream, restaurants, river, library. Fun people watching from their patio - loved being on the river. Great views. Kelly was quick with responding to any inquiries - wonderful host. Will stay again sometime! Thanks :)

We could not have been happier with the area and the condo. It is within walking distance of many nice restaurants and shops. There is a free shuttle that comes every 15 mins or so, one block from the condo. Super easy to use. Also, the best book shop and coffee shop one block over - Off The Beaten Path. We hope to be back, soon.

This is such a great condo in downtown Steamboat. The location is terrific, with the bus stop to the mountain at the corner, stores and restaurants along Lincoln and Yampa in easy walking distance, and the Yampa River out the back patio. The condo itself is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, the washer/dryer appear pretty new, and the beds are comfy. Looking forward to our next visit!

This place was awesome and Kelly was so friendly. The location is amazing - towards the end of Yampa street so a nice quiet location, but walking distance to everything, and so easy to hop on the bike trail with my pup in the mornings. The view from this one - WOW. You can see the ski hill, the river, and Howelsen Hill. Really neat. The bed in the primary bedroom was sooooo comfy and the space was beautiful. All of the little touches of artwork and the “wine club” were so sweet and made this place feel like home away from home. During this stay, in addition to a wedding, I also went to a friends-giving event at a friend’s ranch just outside of town and had to prepare a dish to share with about 40 people. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items I needed to bake treats to share with friends. Kelly - thank you for a pup-friendly place to stay in town. We had a lovely time.

What a wonderful place in Steamboat - choice location overlooking the Yampa River and right in the middle of downtown district with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The condo was nicely furnished and well stock with all the essentials and pet friendly. Check in and check out was very simple and we had excellent communication with out host. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Headquartered here for the Steamboat Gravel Race. While the location was marvelous for our stay--on the Start/Finish Line, the Yampa River and Bike Trail--it would be just as perfect any week of the year. The owner, Kelly, was attentive to every concern we had, which were few. Check in process could have been a little more streamlined with better communication about parking and key codes...but only a minor blip. Every other detail had been perfectly anticipated. We look forward to our next stay at this great property!

The condo is perfectly located and is well appointed with kitchen accessories, game/puzzles, and outdoor toys like tubes, bikes, etc... and it's pet friendly. This is the second time we've stayed here and would highly recommend it to those considering staying downtown Steamboat.

This condo is extremely clean and has a warm feel to it with all the cool art pieces. The beds were very comfortable. It just felt homey, which is nice when you’re on vacation. The owner of the joint has it figured out when it comes to her guide book for her guests. She gives allll the info. And it’s all stocked for whatever you need! Perfect walking distance to all the shops. I never had to drive anywhere for town trips. I’d definitely recommend! I also loved the balcony and seeing the river so close.

This is a very nice, comfortable, attractive and well-stocked condo in a great location across the street from the Yampa River and blocks from all the best restaurants in Steamboat. The condo was spotless and well-stocked. On a snowy afternoon, we had fun playing Scrabble in front of the gas fireplace!

This was a great condo for our family. Kitchen well stocked. Everything worked well. Easy bus ride to skiing. Many restaurants close by

The descriptions and reviews of Little Pony were spot on. Great location, beautiful view, comfortable furnishings and many extra conveniences. We would stay again in a heartbeat! Communication was easy, the location is a short walk to the many amazing restaurants Steamboat has to offer - all casual, but truly excellent. When we stayed in, so appreciated access to basics like salt & pepper and some spices /dry goods left by other guests. Not to mention all the pots, pans and dishes we needed to prepare and serve a great meal. Although we did rent a car, we took advantage of the very close-by bus stop to get to the ski resort and walked to dinner most nights. Very doable without a car rental and would consider that next time. Also worth noting, we took full advantage of having the Waterside Day Spa just downstairs. Great little spa with many services. Overall, highly recommend this property.

Second time we have stayed here and it has become our favorite place to stay in Steamboat, and we have been coming to Steamboat every year for the past 20 years. Downtown location is fantastic, bus stop is close, walkable to everything downtown. The condo is well equipped for all your cooking and grilling needs. Heated garage to park and stow your gear at the end of the day, beds and furniture are comfortable. The deck overlooking the river and Howelsen Hill is a fabulous way to end the day with a glass of wine or cocktail. I want to thank the owners for maintaining such and fantastic place.

Well equipped condo in a great location. Great town to visit and an amazing ski resort close by. Many wonderful restaurants and shops. Enjoy!

This is a wonderful location with river view from livingroom and master bedroom, easy parking for second car in courtyard and single space in a garage. High ceilings, lots of light and lovely art. My one suggestion is that it's perfect for a family, e.g. with two kids or teenagers. For two couples. a queen bed in the second bedroom would be better than double+single bunk - but entirely clear in the photos and private baths in both bedrooms plus half bath downstairs. Generous kitchen + dining table and a small entryway for gear. Lots of closet space, big washer/dryer in unit.

We had a great stay at Kelly's place in Steamboat. The location was perfect, right downtown - walking distance to numerous bars and restaurants and great views of Howelsen Hill. The space itself was great as well - plenty of space for two couples and our dog. The kitchen was spacious and equipped to cook all our meals, the living room had plenty of space to spread out, and the beds were nice and comfy. Kelly was super easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions pretty quickly. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect place to stay in Steamboat - right in the heart of downtown and overlooking the river. All of the stores and restaurants are within walking distance, and you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view all year round on the deck
