何処にでも行ける便利が良い立地の点

施設の中が迷路で暗かった。

セルフチェックインチェックアウトが楽でした。 部屋も概ねきれいでした。

廊下等の床が汚かった。泥酔状態だったのか部屋に入れない宿泊客の怒号で目覚めた。自室のドアノブを捻られて怖かったため、スタッフの方に連絡を入れました。

格安

あまり清潔感がなかった。 ドライヤーの風力が弱くて時間かかった

スタッフの居ないタブレットの受付でビックリしたけど 人件費を掛けないやり方もアリかなと思った。 部屋も暗証番号の認証で面白かった。

ヘッドが２段になっており寝ている時、少し圧迫感を感じた。 また、設備の配管が表しになっている為、天井の景観が あまり良くなかった。

위치 덴진.캐널시티 도보로 가깝고 하카타항,하카타역 택시타고 이동하기 좋음. 방크기 넓음 마루바닥이라 아이동반 가족에게 최적 셋이서 넓고 편하게 쉬다왔음 대부분의 호텔이 창문 개방 안됌. 먼지는 있을 수 밖에 없음. 3성급 호텔치고 시설 대비 가격 합리적입니다. 청결, 좋은 서비스를 원하면 5성급 호텔을 찾으면 됌.

블라인드 먼지청소. 저녁에 들어오면 항상 난방기 안됌 패드로 직원에게 요청해야 난방기 켜줌.

清掃が悪い 布団カバーに血の跡みたいのがある。

位置好。價格便宜。景觀好。有溫泉。有停車場。早餐好吃。服務周到。溝通無礙。

위치깡패. 나카스가와바타 역 도보 3분. 돈키호테 도보 3분. 일본객실치고 사이즈 큼.

청결도 최악. 침대보는 새거이지만 침대 구석에 뭉쳐있는 먼지. 블라인드에 먼지가 가득해 걷을때마다 먼지 날림. 심지어 입실한 날에는 선반위에 전에 체크아웃한 사람이 놔둔 것으로 보이는 전단지도 올려져 있었음. 복도에는 언제 생긴지 모른 얼룩이 엄청나고 체크인 로비는 호텔이 아닌 게스트하우스를 보는 듯한 느낌임. 정말 체크인 하자마자 3박 돈 날렸다 생각하고 다른 호텔 잡을까 급하게 고민함.

เฟอร์นิเจอร์ค่อนข้างไปทางเก่า และเวลา check-in ช้าไปหน่อย(16.00) ถ้าห้องพักว่างควรให้เข้าพักเลย

The location is good, close to the mtr and the major tourist spot in FUK.

The cleaning of the room is super disappointing, the air filter is full of dust that it cannot work well, the stain on the bathroom floor is not cleaned, it should be the dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed in Japan. Really bad soundproof, I heard people talking in the midnight 2-3am and people walking around. The towel refill is super slow, I need to reuse the towel for 3 days because there is no towel refill outside, which I did not expect such slow responses. As I am having a family trip, it is kinda awkward since just one street behind the hotel are full of adult entertainment shops and some man pick up on girls, but you have to walk by since its the way to the train. I do not mind if I am going with my friends or other people, but if you are going with your family, you might want to be aware of it.

위치가 매우 좋았고 무인이지만 잘 설명되있어 사용하는데 어렵지않았음

후기에도 정말 많이 지적된 사항인데 창가 블라인드 먼지만 없애주면 최고 만족 호텔이 될수있을거라 생각함. 어려운것도 아닌데 블라인드 움직이면 먼지 엄청 날림

チェックインの説明が簡素すぎてわかりにくい。行ってみたらわかるのかと思ったが、入り口入ったら、エレベーターのみ！どこに向かうのかも表示してない。エレベーターに乗ってやっと英語表記のみ！ スリッパ最低。半日で破れる。薄く履きにくい。シングルベッド、子供も怖がる狭さ！ベッドは木枠の二段ベッド、上に上がる階段は小さく狭く、ガタガタで怪我した！！！ バスタブなし！ 歯ブラシは人数分あるが、コップが一つ！こんなの初めてだ ベッドサイドのライトが点かない。スタッフ無人だから、チャットで連絡すると、無人ゆえ、客に本当につかないか調べろ、と。どうやっても点かない旨伝えるとチェックアウト後に点検するとさ… ブラインドはホコリだらけ。見えるとこだけ掃除してるから、だまされる人もいるんだね。ブラインドを逆向きに回したら、埃がふってきたわ！ そもそも部屋も素人がDIYしたレベル。寸法が合ってないから、壁紙は下方でめくれ、床は土間打ち。寸法の数字が書かれたまま・・・

Close to the station, central location

Room was too small for the price. No table, only one dining chair. Not enough space to put luggage. Water was dripping from the air conditioning throughout the night. Outside was too loud and the neon signs were bright. The chat function on the panel in the room didn’t work. Area around bed was dirty (trash) and the blinds very dusty.

Family friendly. Nice beds. Value for money. Near subway and eateries!

No lounge area. Not enough tables.

The location is very good and this is walking distance to train stations.

The sofa is dirty. And no hot water for bathing in the first day, it was difficult to find staff to fix it.

The location was good, close to shopping, eateries and nightlife.

The common areas were rather filthy and smelled funny.

i think the room can add some small table & chair room for 4 only have 1 chair and we need to seat on side of the bed, but it is still comfort to stay also the alarm system i think it is better to add english version

Kettle was broken and Hair dryer’s filter was dirty. It needs to clean up.

NOTHING - DO NOT STAY HERE. Everything about the situation was terrible. Our room was dirty, with so much dust on the walls, making it a VERY UNCOMFORTABLE situation. It made us want to be in there as little as possible - so stayed out late and checked out early to avoid being there. When I contacted the hotel team (digitally as no one was physically there), with pictures of the situation, they apologised but advised they couldn’t help by moving us to another room, as they were fully booked. I then advised I wanted a full refund and would be in touch again in the morning - as it was late at this stage. In the morning they continued with empty apologies, and advised that they were only going to do a partial refund - of less than 15% of what we paid for the room (which was quite pricey). I enquired further and was advised that this was in line with their guidelines and nothing further could be done. I have never given negative feedback of this nature, but this was an awful experience. I don’t recommend staying here at all.

The place was in a fairly ok location

It seemed like a good place to stay from images, but once we got there it was quite dirty and not up to expectation. Considering the price after staying in about 10 other places around Japan, the cost is very very high for this type of accommodation and not worth it at all, feel slightly scammed. The room was very small and smelt strange, and was covered in dust absolutely everywhere, we didn’t like being there and spent a lot of time out. It was extremely loud from outside and other rooms at all times, very thin walls. The photos shown are very misleading to what the hotel actually is, maybe if you were staying in one of the larger rooms it would be better but I absolutely do not reccomend the double bed room. The area is a bit dodgy too but in a central location which is good.
