The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to provide assistance to my wife who was recently discharged from a hospital in Japan. They helped book us a large twin room with a chair in the shower area for easier showering and also helped us book a taxi to the airport along with pre-booking wheelchair assistance for us. This whole experience was way beyond what we had expected and we are grateful to all the hotel staff who helped us in our journey!

We accidentally went to the wrong hotel at the beginning as there are two JR Kyushu Blossom in the same vicinity.

Amenity’s goods are not enough. Just one bottle of water no coffee no tea and no electric pot.

The bathroom was spacious and the room was comfortable. Even when we had our luggage stored before check-in, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was pink limescale left under the soap dish in the bath.

It is very close to hakuka transportation Centre and the stay are quite quiet even it is on the Main Street. The staff is nice and the room is clean and cozy.

The room was decent. It was as expected from the description. The lobby and the front entrance was beautiful and grand. The staff was very kind and helpful. I thought that the taking our own amenities was great since it was not a waste of resources. I absolutely LOVE the bed and the duvet. I've been utilizing the Lawsons as well. I really really enjoyed my stay here.

In the beginning it was quite confusing getting to the hotel. I had a difficult time figuring out which specific exit to take from Hakata Station. However, after a couple of times, it's great and easy to access. I wished there was an actual window that could be used. It felt a little suffocating/ boxed up to be facing another building. But, this cannot be helped due to the building structure and place of the hotel. There was a very small and short moment I had interacted with one of the male staff. I believe he was the manager. I was requesting for some recommendations of a nearby restaurant. He was helpful. But, there was a very brief moment in which he made me feel uncomfortable with his actions/gestures and vocal tone. It felt as if I put him in an inconvenient position but I was merely asking for some recommendations; I felt like I shouldn't have asked.

Spacious room and bathroom, bigger than the usual standard japanese business hotel rooms.

Location is near to train station and there is also have convenience store besides hotel. If you want to go night out, there have multiple shops around hotel. Although in downtown, the hotel was very clean and quiet.

Room, location and service was good. It would be good if the staff had better english proficiency, but there was nothing I could not communicate. They also cleaned my room when I left the hotel at 2pm once, which was great.

The bathtub leaked once, but they came immediately (at 1am) to clean it up for me and even offered me the adjoining room. Great response.

At night I heard some small metal noise going on near the window. Nothing serious but they should check.

Good furniture. Very attentive: there are table clock, cleansing oil, and some other amenities not commonly found in other hotels. Located near many restaurants, Hakata eki and Starbucks. Staff is there all the time, and ready to help us.

The self-check in did not work, so we could not have a contactless checkin.

Only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer is available. I was not able to do my laundry because there was no other washing machine.
