This is more of a business hotel, so the rooms are tiny and cramped, with everything controlled by a tablet. But we didn't come to Fukuoka to stay in our room. The room was clean, with nice amenities, and the bath was nice. The free evening drinks were okay, not great, but what was surprising was the very good breakfast buffet at the hotel. It's also well situated for getting to Hakata Station and exploring the area.

We could complain about the tiny room, but really, for the price, we don't feel like complaining. We really enjoyed our stay in Fukuoka and the fact that most western tourists never come here.

Received an upgrade to a larger room upon arrival rather late in the evening. Simple and fast check-in. Easy to reach from Incheon airport. Very nice café close by where you can get a good breakfast and coffee while waiting for your flight.

The room hadn't been cleaned! I am not referring to the water and other stains nor even the smell of cigarette smoke, but to the cigarette ashes in the bathtub and on the floor. Surfaces were sticky so my friend cleaned the table with one of the towels. Looked like the table hadn't been cleaned in a while... Only one set of towels was provided for two guests.

The room was quiet with nice furnishing and finishes. There was a free drink bar. Self-serve amenities were good. The location is fine although not as close to the station as others.

The drink bar is closed later in the evening, which was disappointing. I looked at booking this hotel again later on but found out that check is not available later at night so I would not have been able to check in when I arrive late. If they could have some sort of late check in and also allow the drink bar to continue, that would be been better.
