部屋が狭かった

清潔で、無駄がないところ。チェックイン、チェックアウトもスムーズでした。

The staff were really helpful and kind!

The hotel rooms were small and expensive for what they were.

The breakfast is really nice. It’s worth to buy the breakfast also.

Room is a bit small. There was nearly no walking space when you open two luggage.

We loved the open air bath and the room. It was very comfortable and relaxed.

Everything, the room is small but comfortable. Around 10 to 15 mins walk to the Hakata station.

Location was excellent, very near to Hakata station. Breakfast was good but would be better if fresh cut fruits were served. Glad that I was able to see sunrise from our room.

Room a bit small so it was hard for 2 people to move about at the same time.

The onsen was nice. The room size was ok for.a short stay. Staff were welcoming. Beds were comfortable, once you turned the pillow over.

The location was ok, but a bit noisy at times. The room with the private outdoor bath seemed to be located near a boiler outlet and so there was a bit of a smell of.gas, although apparently this wasn't a problem.

Their was a lot of outlets to charge everything. It was only a short walk from the stations and bus stops. Shower water pressure was good.

They said we couldn’t buy a breakfast ticket because it was full, but the dining room was mostly empty.

Breakfast is good. they try to limit the flow of customers into different time slot . When you check in they ask you what time you want your breakfast. Could understand during covid less crowded is better. They give you gloves to wear to pick up the food.

All was great and as expected

The hotel has two elevators for 14 floors, the top being the bathing area and the bottom the reception, the second being for breakfast. At all times the elevators are stopping on many floors; staff, cleaners, delivery people are also using the elevators. Staying up on the 12 floor made the stairs an unrealistic option, so be prepared for long elevator waiting times and stopping on most floors each time.
