We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Seaside Beach Club. The condo had everything we needed, was well-prepared and clean, easy to check in and out.

The unit was clean and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Located on the prom and close to amenities. Enjoyed the break from our routine.

My first VRBO experience, went excellent!

The carpet was filthy and the outside patio was also. I couldn’t figure out why my feet felt so nasty. I realized after the first night I had to wear sandals in the condo. The baseboards are in bad need of repair. Very dissatisfied for 500 a night. Will not stay again.

Went to check in at 4:00PM, unit was not cleaned. Management team contacted me and stated the unit had not been cleaned and we would not be able to check in until 6:00PM. They offered a $75.00 refund which we accepted but it has not yet appeared on our CC.. Once we were able to enter the unit we found it partially cleaned. The views were beautiful and the unit was equipped with everything you need for a long term stay. less than two blocks from Seaside city center.

The balcony was our absolute favorite part of the whole place. You can see the cove and ocean from it. 😍

This condo had an incredible view! Large picture window and large balcony to sit and enjoy the ocean all day and night. The property didn’t have AC but opening the balcony door and using the fans provided, we didn’t miss it at all. The grounds are kept up and there is no smoking on the property which is nice when sitting outside enjoying the breeze. Furnishings are nice and comfortable. There is also a Murphy bed that was perfect for my daughter. She loved it. There are plenty of dishes and utensils provided to cook and serve a meal if you didn’t want to go out. Only recommendation I can give is providing beach towels since the bath towels are not permitted out on the beach. Other than that we loved it and hope to come back someday!

The property was fine. The view from the balcony was wonder and the sunset perfect!

Slept comfortably, but the couch and chairs are ready to be replaced. I found myself sitting primarily on the only supportive chairs, at the table or counters. The lanai chairs were okay, and the ocean air and view are spectacular! Kitchen is well stocked. I never could figure out how to turn on the tv, but did not care enough to call about it. I appreciated the walk-in shower for ease & safety. And the luggage carriers for moving in & out. It’s a lovely spot, and if I see that the furnishings are updated, I will be back.

Supplies missing - PT, room spray
Thermostat not adjustable - a sign saying don't program

Lack of communication - 4 days, several e-mails and 2 drop in visits from maintenance with no prior communication, 2nd time as I was leaving for a lunch date.

Our smoke detector went off and required maintenance to come 3 times (replaced the wrong one) and were professional and quick to arrive.

Unfortunately, the bed was super hard, a mattress topper would have been great. Otherwise, we only had one disappointment. The TV is very complicated, and the directions didn't fit at all. At shortly after 5, we called the number for assistance, and the answering service lady was quite rude, said we were too late and no TV isn't important. Finally, after a stressful conversation, we heard from the manager (wish I remembered her name because she was very understanding). Then, Phil, the maintenance man called and very nicely walked us through the process. We hope to return, may need another crash course on the crazy TV!!!

I called your after hours line about the water and was told that I would be contacted with some sort of refund. I was not contacted. The view was lovely, though.

We have stayed in most of the rental units at Seaside Beach Club, & this is our favorite because of the electric fireplace & the updated kitchen. It's the first time the murphy bed wasn't made up, so had to do it ourselves, & the can opener didn't work, but luckily I had bought one. Loved that you could now get the key at the condo with an access code. We can't wait to come back.

This property felt dark and gloomy. The curtains and furniture are dark and makes the place feel dark and gloomy. The housekeepers seriously need to step it up BIG TIME! Bathrooms smelled like piss, the curtain in shower dark and stained, and outside of toilet bases looked dirty. There was a smashed fly on the window, and someone had left a child's hoodie behind the couch, so obviously seriously cleaning isn't happening here. Vent covers all with lots of dust on them. The little things make you question everything! Beds are horribly uncomfortable. The master bedspread obviously doesn't get cleaned in between stays. Just nasty. Spend some money and lighten this place up and get some quality housekeepers!
