After a long drive, our stay here was so relaxing and fun! Our host was responsive and kind, we enjoyed a breakfast the morning after our arrival from her - thank you so much! The beach was a short distance away and we enjoyed daily visits, when weather allowed. Two state parks were also nearby which we enjoyed greatly. Plenty of good food and restaurants in the area, and places to visit. The home is gorgeous and well equipped for those who prefer to eat in. The backyard is fenced, which we and our pups appreciated. The rooms are comfortable, we enjoyed very restful sleep. We had great fun with foosball tourneys! This was our first visit to Vero and I can say that we will be back. Two families staying in town for a baseball tournament with teens. Plenty of space for all. The house was well stocked and the host was great with communication. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

We can’t wait to return. The house was perfect and fully stocked with everything you need. A short walk to your private beach with seashells galore. The host was very responsive before and during our trip. Only hiccups we had were no propane for the grill and the air conditioner in the small unit stopped working. We essentially had a beautiful private beach. The house was clean and well stocked. Our pups enjoyed the fenced in back yard.

My family and I immensely enjoyed our time in Ver Beach staying at this cozy beach home. The walk down to the beach was easy, and the beach itself is so private and quiet. We spotted dolphins, manta rays, nurse sharks, sea turtle tracks and nests, and many, many fish and birds on this stretch of beach. The home is very clean and beds very comfortable. So many activities to choose from biking to paddle boarding, to sand toys, to board games or foosball. We hope to return soon!

Everything about this place was fantastic! The location was perfect and extremely private. I loved that it was a gated community of only a handful of homes. The house was well kept and clean upon arrival. Lauren was exceptional in ensuring our family was settled in for our weeks stay. Her and her husband were very kind and if needed they were a simple phone call away. The home had everything you would need for your trip. There was plenty of towels (beach and bath) and towelitries so you do not need to worry about packing (especially if you are flying on an airplane). There was everything needed in the kitchen (an abundance of dishes, cooking items, cooking utensils, coffee maker and Kurieg, etc..). All of the beds were very comfortable. I loved that the second bedroom had bunk beds and another queen sized bed so that made sleeping very easy for our large family. The property was beautiful! There was so much land all around the home, they kids had so much fun running around and there was no fear of a busy street if they ran into it. The beach is private. There was hardly anyone around and that was perfect! The location was also great. A very short drive in either direction to get to things your family may want to do. We go to Vero every year and we absolutely intend to stay here again. I ensure you that you will not be disappointed with staying at this amazing home!

This home is perfectly located! A short drive gets you to restaurants, a farmer market and numerous preserves or parks. However, there really is no need to leave. A short stroll takes you to a beautiful private beach with miles of sand to walk or to sit and enjoy the waves. The owner provided everything that is needed to enjoy the water from towels, chairs, sand toys and paddle boards.. After spending the day on the beach, return to an updated and amply supplied kitchen or a bathroom that is clean and with plenty of hot water. Check in was easy and the owner was responsive to any questions. When we return to Vero Beach this will be our go to home.

We had a wonderful month - most of the month it was my husband, myself and our dog but we had adult children visit and loved having the guest cottage for them to stay in. The location can't be beat - I worked remotely and walked up to the beach every day for a swim to end the day with - beach is beautiful and dog friendly. Neighbors are also very friendly and Lauren was responsive and helpful the few times we reached out. Two thumbs up - especially if you enjoy spending time on the beach.

We enjoyed our stay in this 2 bedroom bungalow with extra small guest house. The main bathroom has been updated and the kitchen has newer appliances. The street is quiet and gated. The beach is wonderful, flat and deep! Perfect resting spot for us!

We had a great stay at this property. We stayed at the main house. It was very clean and the kitchen was well-supplied for our cooking needs. The dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard and taking walks on the beach. The neighbors seemed friendly. The hostess of the property was really thoughtful and easy to contact. I would love to stay at this property again. It was great!

We found this charming Old Florida style home to rent for a weeklong getaway in October. The home was nice, comfortable and equipped with everything needed plus more (kayak, paddleboard, fishing gear, beach chairs, cart for toting gear, etc.). The location was perfect and while not directly on the beach, it’s just a short walk away. We basically had the entire beach to ourselves the entire week. The yard is filled with beautiful trees and foliage and the fenced in yard was perfect for our precious pups. Lauren, the owner, was awesome..:checked in with us several times to ensure our needs were being met and provided us with recommendations for dining out (thanks, Lauren!). Our next visit just can’t come soon enough!

We were a group of 2 adults, 3 teenagers and 2 small dogs. Everyone had a wonderful time. House is just as described and shown on the pictures. We really enjoyed our week, our dogs had an absolute blast being able to run and swim on a virtually private beach. The backyard is lush and private. Our teenage son enjoyed having the private cottage to himself., was like a little apartment:) Lauren was only a text or call away if we had a question or concern. She was very helpful and even left treats for us when we arrived. We would definitely visit again, great location for some relaxation!

House and cottage was perfect size for our family and walking distance to quiet beach. In the cottage, the TV did not work (found this was not working after booking) and there was no mini fridge, as described. Being on the corner of busy street you can hear some traffic from inside the house but mostly from the back patio/backyard. Problems with the AC but Lauren got it addressed quickly and also sent us a frisbee which was a thoughtful gesture! My family was very itchy on our 9 day stay. Even after showering itchy/ bites? Bug spray may help. We enjoyed the use of the beach items and the kitchen was stalked with everything needed. Thank you Lauren 😊

I rented this property for a girls trip with my sister and friend. The property was very private with plenty of space, and decorated beautifully. The few neighbors we saw were super friendly. The beach is a short walk, practically private and very clean. Lauren was a great hostess. The property included everything needed for the stay. Just pack your clothes and go. Lauren's house is on a sand street and a short walk to the most wonderful beach! We took long walks every day and our dogs could be off leash. AND, we often swam in the ocean when it was calm. Terrific! The kitchen is well equipped and there is everything you could possibly need for the beach. The little cottage in the back was perfect when our friends came to visit for a week with their two year old. My husband loved the outdoor shower! Lauren was very responsive to our needs and very welcoming. I can't say enough about our two months at Lauren's Beach House!

We just finished the best vacation we have had in a long time. This place was amazing. Lauren was so helpful from the time we checked in to the time we left. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Our teenage son enjoyed the cottage so much. It was nice for him to have his own space. The beach was amazing. We were usually the only ones on the beach. Very private and nice to have it all to ourselves. We enjoyed the kayak and the paddle boards. We took a trip to Miami to watch the Marlins play and took a day trip to Peanut Island for a day of diving and snorkeling. It is a beautiful area. Lauren thanks again for sharing your beautiful home. It was a incredible time spent with family. We made many memories that will last a lifetime.

This property is a fabulous place to stay when visiting Florida. It literally has everything you need for a family vacation on the beach. The kitchen is stocked, the beds are comfy, the linens are ample, the beach supplies are more than enough, and the layout allows for family gatherings or quiet times. We loved having all the space inside the home and enjoyed the separate casita. I can honestly say the hospitality and cleanliness were the best any of us have ever experienced. The home is in a gated community and you are a few houses away from a totally private, peaceful, beautiful sandy beach. Lauren has gone above and beyond to make this a memorable experience. I honestly can’t say enough good things about her or her home. As an out of state visitor, I would highly suggest making use of the bug spray available in the basket. No-see-ums are no joke.

This was one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever experienced. It was everything we were looking for: beautiful home with remote private beach access that is dog friendly. It was so special to have our pups with us during our trip and they had so much fun running and playing on the beach. Many happy memories were made here and we can’t wait to go back!!

We had a wonderful stay. Lauren was incredible. The house is steps from a private quiet beach and we had access to beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas did not need to bring anything. Brand new grill and the kitchen has everything you need. Used the outdoor shower everyday. Great food either on the ocean or in downtown. We will be back in a few months

We meet at this location to spend time with family that we had not seen in over a year. The place was just as described and we had the most relaxing vacation ever. Lauren is a fantastic host. I would definitely stay at this location again.

This property is smaller than we expected but very nice, the living area is big so having teenagers and girlfriends there was not a problem. Everything we needed was there and the proximity to the beach was excellent, no problem with kids going alone, we really enjoyed our stay and have no complaints. We would definitely rent their again when we need a bit of beach time as the private beach entrance is worth its weight in gold.
