The amenities were as described, very nice. The location was as hoped, easy access to the beach, nice view from the balcony. The air conditioning was not able to keep the hall bedrooms as cool as the rest of the house. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Love the property and appreciate the owner providing their mobile phone and quickly responding to any inquiries. My only complaint is that my family and I feared the excessive rules. For example, there are strict guidelines regarding the ac: certain vents open at certain angles, and thermostat set at 76° “or else.” After following the rules, most bedrooms were still too warm and I’m glad we brought additional cooling fans. If you break the fan remote or misplace any remotes, there’s a large fine. Wash your towels and put in dryer before you leave. Not a fan of having to do laundry on vacation. When we started the washer to wash the towels, there was a terribly moldy odor coming from the machine. Note on washer/dryer: do NOT put anything with sand in the washer/dryer. Again, afraid to wash anything at all. Our stay felt more like a test than a vacation. We spent a lot of money on this condo to relax and enjoy ourselves, the whole time we felt on guard and uneasy for fear we would be fined for the slightest mishaps. It's possible the owner is not aware how the directive messaging can be perceived. Messaging felt more like a syllabus for a college undergrad class versus a "welcome and please be mindful" during your stay.

My family absolutely loved staying at this condo. We have small children and an infant, so the fact that we were located on the beach was a lifesaver. The pool was also large so we didn’t feel crowded up against other families. The actual condo was perfect for us as well. The large dining table and kitchen island provided plenty of space for our nightly dinners (after grilling by the pool) and everyone had their own space…kids played games and the adults enjoyed spending time on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. We hope to return here next summer!

The condo was beautiful with views of the beach. Easy walk across the boardwalk and great amenities in the condo community. House was well stocked and clean. Host was very responsive and great.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our vacation. Great communication and so so clean!

Great patios and great views are the keys! We could enjoy the storm from the living room or patio! Easy walk to the beach! The condo was cozy and clean! Enjoyable time!

This was a great rental. Close to the beach. Lots of room for the 10 of us.

Jane was very easy to communicate with and her condo is spacious, comfortable, and gorgeous!! Our favorite hang out was on the large balcony with the unobstructed view of the ocean!! Lots of laughs and wonderful memories made!!
