Property is within a gated golf community with amenities that included a swimming pool, tennis and pickle ball courts. Beautiful surroundings. Our main complaint was the place had obvious been vacant for a while and was not checked by anyone prior to our arrival. Dead bugs in both bathrooms and the outside patios were completely covered with spider webs and dead vermin on the decks and on the outside furniture. We also had 2 packrats living under the lower back deck. We notified the property maintenance supervisor and he immediately brought over traps and within 2 days caught both rats and removed. We did not see anymore after that. The main reason we cannot recommend the property is the beds need the mattresses replaced. We paid for a months stay and left 10 days early because we could not stay another day in those beds. We tried everything to be comfortable. It was not possible. With new mattresses and better attention to cleaning, especially the outside patios, we could recommend staying.

I know the title sounds like a cliche but it really did feel like home. The home had everything we needed. It was nicely decorated, clean and the location was ideal. I always love staying at this complex. We are surrounded by grass, trees and a well kept complex with a mix of detached and townhomes. We also enjoy the drive into West Sedona and Uptown. Sedona each day as the landscape breath taking. We didn’t watch tv much but a larger tv in the living room would be ideal. We were hoping for a large crockpot so a roast could be cooking while we were out hiking; however the crockpot was too small. We were given the wrong code to get into the hime but the property manager responded immediately and provided us with a password over the phone and issue quickly resolved. There was a free red rock parking pass which was convenient and saved us a bit of money.!I highly recommend this home. The beds were comfy and had the home had everything we needed; most importantly, it felt like home, and not a hotel room.

The property was very nice. Beautifully kept and nice facilities. The townhouse was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The only downside was the gardeners that decided to trim hedges with very loud equipment very early in the morning (6:30 am on one day). Overall though, it was a really great stay.

Great location! Close to Sedona, restaurants, Grand Canyon and numerous hiking trails. Place was very cozy. However, a kettle would have been nice for tea drinkers, soap for the shower, charcoal for the advertised bbq and a new mattress is much needed.

Had a great time in Sedona staying at this property. Beds were comfortable, house was clean and the location was perfect. Rich was great to communicate with. Played golf and did lots of hiking the gorgeous rocks. Would definitely stay in this house again.

My family and I used this condo as a base for our hiking trips in and around Sedona. All of the furnishings were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a plus at the Country Club. Our favorite places were Sliding Rock State Park and the Cathedral Rock hike. The scenic red rock topped our favorite places in the USA!

If you are going to Sedona to hike this condo is in a perfect location and centrally located to stores and cafes. On the property there is a golf course, tennis courts, and a pool. The Condo was just what we needed and the owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Would rent this unit again and highly recommend it.

Loved this property in Canyon Mesa Country Club! Plenty of room for our family of four. Had a great time playing golf and foot golf on the course.

We enjoyed our stay at the casita. The beds were comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised by the extras like laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper and spices. We enjoyed spending time on both of the covered balconies, the furniture was comfortable. The views in the area were breathtaking and driving to the rock formations was easy from this location. With the parking pass provided we were able to visit them all for free!! Rotten Johnny’s right down the road had fantastic pizza and Ellen was so friendly. We spent our evenings playing the board games that were provided and planning our next days adventures. The Grand Canyon is an easy drive from this location and you can drive through the Coconino Forest along the way. Both are wonderful to see. We would highly recommend this rental.

This is a very nicely decorated and comfortable two floor condo. It has an open floor plan on the first floor with a lot of space in the kitchen and living room. The two bedrooms are spacious. It is very close to the hiking trails from Yavapai vista, Bell Rock, Courthouse, and Little Horse trailheads. We liked it better than uptown Sedona, which is very touristy, but it is not far for trips to uptown and west Sedona for restaurants and other hiking trails. Pick up maps for the 200 hiking trails from the Red Rock ranger station or the visitors center in uptown Sedona.

The cozy condo felt like home. Beautiful and clean, great decor and very inviting. We loved the location and the ease of getting in and out of the property. Very comfortable king bed and living room couches. We would definitely come again and would highly recommend to friends.

Home is even nicer to walk into than photos can show....airy, light filled, homey and elegant at the same time! So pleasing to relax, come and go, feel great about this excellent choice. Only drawback is no refund for cancel; buy trip insurance especially these days!

Well stocked kitchen, plenty of games, nice patio on both levels. Clean and comfortable for our month long stay.

This home had all you needed for a comfortable stay and Rick and Jean allowed me to have visits in the 2 1/2 months there with family visitors. The location is perfect in that it is close to my favorite places to hike. The host made signing up/ movin' in so easy. You'll enjoy their place!

The good: The townhouse was in an excellent location with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and hiking and a pretty quick drive downtown. It was comfortable and well furnished and looked better than the pictures. They also had games, which the kids enjoyed, and a parking pass for the red rocks parks. The not so good: There are two skylights in each of the bedrooms so we were awake with the sunrise. The skylights may be a plus for some but my kids don’t sleep well in brighter light and we had earlier mornings than we would have preferred. The biggest problem for us was the cleanliness of the unit. Dishes were visibly dirty so we ended up washing everything before using them. The rugs also had not been vacuumed. There were little white hairs that looked like dog hairs on the rug, which then ended up on our clothes. We couldn’t find a vacuum in the unit so we had to make due. There was also dust on the walls and the return vent for the ac was dirty and covered in dust. We did let the owners know and they thanked us for letting them know so they could talk to their cleaning service but did nothing for our stay.

Comfortable for 2 adults with beautiful grounds at the Canyon Mesa Country Club. Nicely situated in Oak Creek with access to restaurants, hiking and scenery

The property was as advertised and was a great home base for us as we explored all the outdoor trails in the area. The full kitchen allowed us to eat and cook at home as we were not comfortable dining in anywhere yet. The washer/dryer was a great benefit. Walking the golf course path after hours was a nice way to end the day. There is a grocery store very close and the local restaurants were fantastic (we did take-out a couple times).

Lovely home

We really loved our stay! Great townhome in a beautiful location. We enjoyed everything the home offers. We had a cozy fire every night in the fireplace, we loved walking the property and our kids loved the hot tub.

We were able to walk to alot of locations. Nice restaurants & coffee shops near by. Grocery store nearby as well. The patio was nice to drink my morning coffee quietly. Would definitely return again. Also the owners were very flexible with arrival time. They also provided great suggestions on eating locations.

The condo is a great size, with everything you need to have a very comfortable stay. The grounds are beautiful and there is dining, shopping, and trails very close by.

Had such an amazing time with my wife and two fur pups. Beautiful condo. We enjoyed walks around the property and the relaxed atmosphere!
