I rent is Florida several times a year. This house is one of the best I have stayed in. The property manager (Lars) was absolutely great! We will book this property again when in Pompano.

First off, the home is exactly as pictured. It is Beautiful! My family was able to fish off the dock and kayak. We enjoyed spending our evenings by the pool and grilling. We will definitely be back.

Loved our time at the Pompano Tropical Dream. Home was clean and well maintained. Pool was maintained twice a week, which was nice and had lots of extra towels and sheets. I would only recommend some additional kitchen pots/pans as we stayed for a longer period and enjoyed getting steaks at Guido's and eating in. Host was very attentive as well.

We had a terrific few days at this house. A few close miles to the Pompano Pier and near everything. The house was immaculate, the beds comfortable and having the pool was great. Would visit again. Thanks

What a beautiful property we stayed at Christmas week! The best part was the location and having coffee in one of the Adirondack chairs on the dock every morning. The outdoors area is spectacular and worth every penny! Such a wonderful place for gathering with family and friends. I hope to rent Pompano Tropical Dream again!

Great house. Roomy and very clean. Great pool area and back dock on the canal. Fun to watch the boats go by each day. Would stay again for sure! Short ride too beach too.

Lars was very helpful and prompt in his responses and did what he could to assist. The home has some deferred maintenance items that we were disappointed with. Yard Maintenance, Pool Light, Washing Machine, Master Toilet Runs continuously, AC ceiling vent fell out of the ceiling. Home was very spacious, grill worked great and the pool was clean and the boat dock was nice. Overall we had a good stay, we were just agrivated by some of the lack of typical homeowner maintenance.

You will not go wrong with this rental. Awesome home with excellent amenities and the rental office and manager are top notch. We enjoyed the pool and the intercoastal so much we never made it to the beach. If you need a home with plenty of clean and comfortable space, this is it.

Pompano Beach Tropical Dream is conveniently located at Pompano Beach. Whole Foods, Fresh Market, Publix and other grocery stores nearby. Several restaurants along HWY 1. Not a big pool area, but ok. Beware that if you plan on doing some cooking at the house, there are limited with kitchenware. For instance; only one small baking plate.

We were 6 adults and 2 babies staying in this nice house for 3 weeks. The swimmingpool was very nice and was cleaned every week and we used the bbq place a lot :) We had some small issues during the period but they were really fast to fix the problems through the property manager.

Ideal accommodation for those who want a spacious villa with optimal location next to the canal. Very clean and well-equipped house and good location close to U.S. Route 1 easy access to the south (Miami, Fort Lauderdale), or to the north (West Palm Beach).

We had a wonderful stay in the house. we were 6 adults and 2 infants, and the place was perfect for us. Clean house, very nice and big poolarea. We used the grill every day and had dinner outside. Would definetly recommend this to others and maybe come back one day.
