The apartment was perfect - spacious, light and airy, and well-equipped. Thanks to our host for his warm welcome, the generous provisions we found on arrival, and transportation to the airport when we left. The location is unbeatable, close to public transport but an easy walk to all Vienna's highlights. Can't wait to go back!

My family and I had a lovely time as staying at this apartment. It was the perfect size for 5 adults. It was thoughtfully decorated and matched the description in the listing. One of the best parts was being across the street from multiple transit lines. It was an excellent starting point for exploring Vienna. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

The apartment was perfectly located, and close to everything including the sights and sounds of Vienna as well as shopping, restaurants and bars. Our group of 5 adults, meant we had lots of room for everyone with the well appointment 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It was also great to have a washer in the apartment along. Our hosts were attentive and provided recommendations on places to eat and visit. While the apartment is on the top level, having a lift made for easy access. We would definitely welcome a return visit. Manager Ali was very helpful in arranging our transportation to the airport when it was time to leave. Thank you Ali!

Property was clean, quiet and safe. Property was in good condition except for window blinds that needed some attention. Property gets hot as it is on top of the building if the window blinds are not working! Otherwise the property was fantastic!

You could not ask for more than what we found in this beautiful apartment. It was a great location. Everything was as advertised and the property manager could not have been more informative or helpful. We highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Vienna.

The apartment was perfect for our needs and close to Karlsplatz station which was very handy for sightseeing and the main station. It was very clean and modern and the manager who met us was very friendly and helpful. It was great to have a kitchen and table for light meals and drinks and we all had a separate space to sleep. We appreciated the air con downstairs but didn’t use upstairs as it was so hot in Vienna at the time. The hosts provided lots of welcome pack items and told us where the shop was. I only gave it 4 stars because we had no contact whatsoever from the host after booking. We had stress as we hadn’t heard anything right up to the day before arrival when after a few attempts to contact the host I had to contact VRBO to ask for their help. I had tried whatsapp and messaging through VRBO. I eventually got a whatsapp message to give me instructions on where to meet the manager the day before arrival. We had thought we’d need to find a hotel last minute. We also thought that the rate included airport transfer service as the ad says: “Nightly Rate Includes : - Transportation With Private Car Service (To Vienna International Airport).” We were told it was 70 euros each way, so we got the train to the apartment. They need to change description to make clear that it isn’t included in the rate. We would definitely recommend the apartment and the manager was very nice however make sure you get the arrival details earlier than we did to avoid stress.

Group of 4 cousins stayed in this amazing apartment & had the best time. It was comfortable, spotless, in a great location & very well equipped. The management offered a meet & greet transfer from Vienna airport & took us back again. They were communicative & quick to respond and gave many recommendations. It’s the perfect apartment!

This beautiful property is perfectly situated to all things of interest. The property manager, Ali, went above and beyond to help us and take care of everything we needed. Wonderful man. The apartment was properly stocked with the main items one would need for our stay and that is very much appreciated. Highly recommend this property.

The apartment was everything it was advertised to be and more. It was clean and appointed with every convenience one could want. Ali made check-in easy. He immediately followed up on any request or inquiry. Ali also provided excellent suggestions on restaurants. The location was perfect. A block and a half from the opera house and you can get just about anywhere in Vienna from there. This apartment and Ali were major contributors to an excellent visit to Vienna.

Everything about this apartment is FANTASTIC! The location can not be any better. Literally 1/2 block from public transportation, a lovely walk to Stephansplatz, a pleasant walk or tram to the museums, 1-2 blocks from a grocery store, restaurants ALL over, 6 blocks from a car rental, 20 minutes from the airport … The building is secure and very comfortable Alp (and Ali!) are wonderful! Easy to communicate with, generous with suggestions/help, flexible and helpful - Thank you to both! The apartment(s) … we stayed in the 2 bedroom and the 5 bedroom have everything you need and MarSuites has provided so many things (shower soap, shampoo, laundry soap, dish soap/dishwasher tabs, coffee, a welcome package … so many things! The kitchen has everything you need to cook in! I was a bit concerned about how check in happened - don’t worry! Alp or his associate will meet you there and get you completely settled in. I loved the mini ipad with all the apartment info and local/Vienna info - SO helpful! Vienna is amazing - buy a 3,5, weekly transit pass - it is the BEST investment! We took a food tour the 2nd day we were in Vienna and it taught us how to use the transit, the different districts, local info/cuisine … we highly recommend Wolfy’s adventures sweet/savory tour! Thank you, Alp - MarSuites will forever be one of the best places we ever stayed!

sehr individuell eingerichtet, die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr schöner Balkon im ruhigen Hinterhaus, die vielen zum Kauf stehenden Wien-Souvenirs waren etwas störend.

Five adult members of my family stayed here for a week in early April. The location of the apartment was fantastic for seeing Vienna with public transportation just down the street. Grocery store and bakery also located nearby, as well as the Naschmarkt, where you can get many types of food. The apartment was very clean and comfortably sized for our group. (Unfortunately, the weather was a little too cold to enjoy the terraces much.). I would definitely stay here again. Alp Altuner was the most accommodating host, making sure everything went well and providing advice for eating and getting around the beautiful city of Vienna.

Hier hat einfach alles gepasst, vielen Dank an Herrn Arturner für den fabelhaften Service. Fahrservice vom und zum Flughafen, Handtuchwechsel nach 2 Tagen etc. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich bin oft und viel über fewo-direkt oder airbnb unterwegs, habe also reichlich Erfahrung mit dieser Art des Reisens. Eigentlich bislang auch fast nur positive Eindrücke gesammelt. Die Reise nach Wien stellt alles in den Schatten, in positiver Hinsicht. So viel "Kümmern" habe ich noch nie erlebt. Beinahe täglich wurde sich erkundigt, ob wir etwas brauchen. Ohne Nachfrage wurden die Kaffeekapseln ersetzt. Eine kostenlose Reinigung während des Aufenthaltes war inklusive, den Zeitpunkt konnte ich bestimmen. Es gab sogar einen kostenlosen Transfer zum Flughafen. Die Wohnung an sich war ohnehin perfekt. Besser geht es nicht, vielen Dank dafür. Meine Mitreisenden und ich waren begeistert.

Die Lage Objekts ist fantastisch, die Ausstattung gehoben und der Kontakt vor Ort und im Vorfeld war super. Absolut empfehlenswert !!!

Wir waren 5 Personen und 11 Tage in dieser Wohnung. Es war von Anfang bis zum Ende alles bestens. Die Kommunikation lief schnell und problemlos. Bei der Anreise wurden wir bereits erwartet und uns wurde mit dem Gepäck geholfen und alles gezeigt. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Handtücher, Kaffee, Toilettenpapier etc wurde regelmäßig nachgefüllt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war es sehr heiß in Wien und wir waren sehr dankbar für die Klimaanlage. Nach ein paar Stunden in der Stadt sind wir gerne in die kühle Wohnung zurück gekehrt. Wir hatten zwei Teenager dabei, diese waren sehr glücklich über das gute WLAN und über das Angebot von Netflix, YouTube u.ä. was alles mit dem Fernseher gemacht werden konnte. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Die U-Bahn ist direkt vor der Türe und viele Dinge sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wenn man aus der Haustüre kommt, sind drei Lokale, in denen man sich schnell was zum Essen holen kann oder am Abend einen letzten Drink gönnen kann. Ein Supermarkt (Spar), ist gleich um die Ecke. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch bei der Abreise wurde uns wieder mit dem Gepäck geholfen und die Wohnungsübergabe war unkompliziert. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten und können sie nur empfehlen.

We had a great 10 day stay in Vienna. The apartment is well appointed and the management went above and beyond to ensure our stay went smoothly. The location is fantastic, walkable and we especially enjoyed the close proximity to the Naschmarkt for dinners and evenings on the beautiful roofdeck.

Family of 5 with 3 older children...What a vacation rental should be, absolute first class from booking to arrival, check in, accommodation and check out. A bit over our budget but worth it. Walk to everything and enjoy outdoor space in the evenings. Complimentary airport transfer was the topper. Well done Alp/Ali.

We stayed at this apartment at the beginning of a 10 day trip through Austria. Alp was exceptional. He went way beyond to make our trip memorable. He personally met us and saw us off. Helped with needed incidentals and restaurant suggestions. He checked in each day via WhatsApp to make sure we were happy. The apartment was gorgeous and worked perfectly for our 3 generational family of 6. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We would love to return to Vienna someday.

The apartment was large, clean, quiet, in a prime location and totally fabulous. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Alp was enormously helpful and easy to work with, easy to reach if we had questions and helped make our stay so enjoyable. We have absolutely no complaints at all about any part of our stay in Vienna. We would rent this apartment again and work with Alp again in a heartbeat!
