Nice room in nice hotel, worth the cost

The unit is very clean and spacious with great view. I definitely recommend this unit and manager is very responsive.

The rooms we had were clean and neat. The property and pools are beautiful. We would book again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fountainbleu. I highly recommend this property for your vacation needs.

The property was perfect and exactly what I expected. It's a quality room with 2 balcony's (one small with a bay view and one large with ocean view), 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a nice bedroom. One bathroom has a surprisingly nice Jacuzzi tub. The kitchen is sparse but the hotel was able to provide everything I needed. The only negative was the larger balcony floods when it rains. This is obviously a design flaw on this particular balcony and has likely been this way since it was built. The hotel staff was very efficient and the valet parking was pretty good. 15 minute wait for your car. Didn't go to the spa cause I was with my kids. The beach is nice with acceptable levels of sargssum. The sand bar is a very cool place to hang out and the level of service by beach staff is quality and fun. The resort itself was very nice but overly expensive. This was my first time in Miami and my midwestness balked at the ridiculous inflationary price of things. But to be fair a can of Coke costs 5$ pretty much everywhere you go in Miami. I usually stay in the Caribbean and I can get a fabulous meal for 3 for about 100$ on pretty much any island but here it's 225+ for very average food. This also seems to be city wide. Food just sucks in Miami and the 5 star restaurants in the hotel where no different. Tainted fish, uninspired sides and very small portions. I only had one good meal in a week of eating every night at the hotel. The owner was very responsive and a joy to work with. If I were to come to Miami again I would definitely stay with them again.

Property is very nice, however, we really could have used better kitchen utensils.....pots, pans, glassware in the unit.

THIS ONE BEDROOM WAS A VERY NICE. THE VIEWS WERE SPECTACULAR. OVERALL I WAS HAPPY. WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

Our vacation began Sunday 12-5-21 and ended 12-10-21. We met our 1994/1995 exchange students from Tiblisi, Republic of Georgia. The views from the unit were great and we had all necessary items. There were a few minor maintenance issues which were promptly handled once owner was notified. I would stay here again. The resort had great food also. I did notice the microwave screen monitor did not seem to work but the microwave was usable. As mentioned in previous post, the sofa bed mattress is uncomfortable. We requested duvets to give extra padding but in the end we used the master bed covering and doubled it up for better padding and used the lesser duvet for master bed. It was nice having a ice maker and frig. We did not use stove, just microwave and Keurig. It would be great if everyone using unit would notify owner for small maintenance items as noticed during their stay to avoid problems with new tenants. I suspect the few items we reported existed prior to our arrival. Overall it was great short vacation and owner was very responsive.

The property was beautiful, the views were amazing, and the service was awesome! My husband wanted the trip to be perfect for my big birthday and IT WAS! From the suite, to the restaurants, pools, spa, and other facilities, it was the perfect getaway. Decor and appliances were a little outdated but not very important. It would have been helpful to have basic pots and pans with a full kitchen. Overall, very pleased because the most important features were fantastic including check-in and check-out. Hi! I love this condo and the view could not be better. The two balconies are amazing and of course the Fontainebleau property itself with all of the restaurants, pools and other amenities is a dream. I have to say the condo could use a bit of maintenance: paint is peeling in places on the ceiling and the walls; the metal in the bathrooms is corroded and above all, the sofa bed is terribly uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. At this point the "mattress" is just coils with a cotton sheet on top. Luckily the front desk was able to provide a topper and duvet for extra padding on the coils.

The FB never fails and even after several years of visiting the hotel, each trip is amazing. I have rented from Julie before and she is super helpful. I do not think she sleeps :). The corner unit was perfect, nice size for a couple, the kitchen is comfortable (and besides the FB has great restaurants!). The views from the balcony are incredible and we were lucky to have views of the beach and the intercostal: double beauty! I hope to stay again every year! Thank you Julie! Lesbeth

The pictures of the property does not do it justice !! It was beautiful and very clean!! The view from both balconies was amazing !! Everything was more than we expected. The only one thing I would suggest would be a better mattress for the pullout couch or maybe having a mattress topper available . The property manager was very easy to communicate with via email , and check in was very easy also. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay !!

The property manager was always very quick to respond to my messages. This property was very well-maintained and had basic kitchen items stocked so that you could utilize the kitchen appliances to cook meals in the room for your kids. This unit had two balconies and the views were breathtaking! My husband and I stayed here with our two young children and we had an amazing time! The parking and resort fee were included which was a huge saver! This was definitely a great property to stay at and we hope to be back again sometime soon!

This condo is beautiful and functional, the photos do not do it justice. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable, the location is ideal but the show stopper has to be the stunning views from every room of this luxury condo. The resort itself is also very beautiful and the beach is nice. We did not have any issues during our stay but we did have questions before the rental and after and the owner was very quick to respond. We would highly recommend this unit!

Million dollar views from every window. We enjoyed our stay. A couple of pointers. The check in will be quicker if you go to the 7th floor in the tress or tower if the main lobby is busy. The room is extremely upgraded and stylish. We were impressed by the location of the unit and the 22th floor views were great day and night. We had a few glitches which the owner responded to quickly and communication was always available. It’s best to order food directly at the restaurant La Cote vs the pool servers or beach servers because of the time and the menu. Valet service is great but expect a 30min wait. I would request my car and go get a drink of go back to the room. If you are not there when your car pulls up, they will park it and you can just pick up the car immediately. Other than that the stay was very nice.

Our family enjoyed our stay, great view and great unit.

Unit had everything you needed to cook, relax and two balconies to enjoy the outdoors.One balcony overlooked the ocean and the pool area, the other Collins Ave and the channel, as well as the outside arrival where guests arrived in their fancy cars. Add sunshine, warm weather and a cup of coffee and you can't go wrong. Easy check in and and Julie, the owner/ manager was wonderful to work with. Thnak you for sharing your beautiful place!
