The only thing that i like about this hotel is the morning shift girl staff..so kind, so caring and so friendly

I swear this is the worst budget hotel i've been before..don't trust the photo, it does'n same at all..it's so dirty..so dusty and smelly..our toilet has fungus spots, there is also a rat under my bed, the room is so small..and the last important thing is about the stairs..the stairs are so steepy, so it is not suitable for those who bring along a patient or old person

Nothing there was good! Only the staff was easy to talk to.

The room smelled bad, there are no elevators there. The room didn't look like the pictures provided. The shower was leaking and the roof had a weird noise. I asked for a refund but didn't get any.

The hotel should have iron & ironing board. Not need to all rooms. Shared would be sufficient.

The facilities in the room must added on such as, water heater, glass and others. And one more thing, the television cannot on because there are no signal.

wanna to ask can I refund my payment on hillsresidence which is 5night and I have checked outon the first day The reason why I checked out isunstable water source and also uncontrollablewater temperature and I have ask the hotelmanagement they said the bathroom is like that.Another point is toilet bowl problem, on the coverof the toilet bowl have a lot of black stains and itlook like disgust and also on the bed I have see alot of black black stain and the also stain look likesperm.Again my third point is the lighting problemon my room In my room totally got four bulb onlyand just only one bulb willglow so I room is verydark,it looked like haunted house.My forth pointis very noisy, as the shop beside my hotel is puband mamak,they are broadcasting a noisy songand it is really disturbing.My fifth point is facilityon this hotel is that I cannot called for roomservice as their phone have already broken andalso the tv in the room also have already broke.
