the owner is very good and responsive. a very clear instructions given prior to check in… house is good enough for 6 people stay…

the water tap in the kitchen sink I found it very troublesome, as in the water is dispersing everywhere and can’t wash properly…

Spacious unit, clean, enough for a family of 8.. Got washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave (can cook during my next stay here). Got tent for kids, free phone holder for swim at the sea. Parking is easy, spacious...got direct entrance to beach. Pool is not that big, but sufficient for the low density of the building occupancy. Location.. middle of busy ferringhi small town, food is everywhere

Wish can stay longer.. actually I don't have anything constructive to say.

The rooms are good with amenities that are suitable for families.

It was really good. Privacy...clean...strategic place.. very helpful tenant...definitely wll cme again....only thing I had trouble is with the tv.....it has it all..but I'm abit slow in techie stuff..other thn tht...it was just perfect...just by the beach side.. u cn just walk out frm ur carpark...to the beach
