Breakfast was amazing, with a wide selection to provide for all different requirements. The Staff were polite & friendly and very helpful. Location was ideal, right on the beach, and close to Batu Ferringhi, if you wanted to leave the hotel. Also Penang Island and George Town were close by . The rooms were brilliant. We had balcony with a pool/beach/sunset view. The rooms were clean and spacious, with everything you could ask for. The car park was good too.

The nearby Hard Rock Cafe was OK if you wanted a proper meal. Just a little short of options if you wanted something lighter. Not a real criticism.

The room was cozy and spacious enough. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Good spread of the Buffet breakfast and buffet breakfast was right up to 11am.

The location is fantastic and the pools and slides are perfect for children. On this stay we had a standard seaview room but the previous week we stayed in a Lagoon room which I'd highly recommend but they seem to be booked out early ( even though most seemed empty as we swam by during our stay, which was frustrating). Anyway we loved the vibe, the balconies and the great room service.

We stayed in March and it was double the price of the previous month so that was slightly frustrating but we still very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon.

这一次体验了两种房型。 一间是sea view suite 另一间是roxity kids suite。

kids room 由于是隔间，冷气只有在房外，如果开太大，外面的我们冷，里面温度刚好。 如果不开大，里面是闷热的，加上kids room 是向西边，太阳晒进来感觉炎热。 下一次会想继续选择sea view suite

Excellent customer service and super friendly staffs. We had an amazing time spent at Hard Rock Hotel Penang. The lounge access made it convenient for our family with young kid. Truly enjoyed all the facilities at this kids friendly hotel.

I’ve stayed at 2 different rooms and the room with sea view was incredible. Nice bathtub and comfortable bed. The hotel also convenient and having its own private beach and waterpark.

It’s better to have small bar with drinks and snacks. Some people are lazy to go out for small bites but by having small bar in room will make the holiday even more wonderful. Paying higher price should come with mini bar supplies in room.

The rooms and facilities were good.

Poor check in process. 2nd room not ready at 3pm and we had to get 2nd room keycard. Total cost of the stay had 16% tax included which was not clearly mentioned during booking. No one helped with our bags during checkout. Poor quality and less variety of food during breakfast.

Lobby music was too loud...would have liked to sit there and enjoy the live music but it was deafening! Difficult to get a driver for a day... asked twice at concierge but only told about taxis

Hard Rock Hotel is the gold benchmark for our hospitality industry

Not much, perhaps more loyalty discounts for frequent visitors like us. Currently it is standard 10% for all visitors at F&B and Gift Shop

It was a great stay. The facility was great… comfy bed. Clean room. I will certainly come again.

Fantastic facilities especially the pool area

Kids play room should be combined and not separated. Breakfast spread could be better. The room was fine but the bathroom was a bit narrow. Music was not played through out the building like in Hard Rock Desaru

Friendly staff, the pool was fun, spacious and comfortable room. The facilities in the room was amazing. Helpful staff. Accessible to the beach. Lucky to enjoy live band while check-in, do more please. Fast check in and check out. Overall love everything love the vibes.
