Приятное оформление номера и отеля в целом. При заселении нам повысили категорию номера и дали номер с видом на море. Хороший завтрак, просторный ресторан для завтраков. Персонал всегда готов помочь быстро найти свободный столик, несмотря на большое количество людей.

Непродуманная эргономика номера - достаточно большой номер и очень маленькая ванная комната, в которой тесно и неудобно, раковина почти упирается в унитаз. Два дня подряд по вечерам не было горячей воды в душе, текла еле теплая, невозможно было помыть голову. Держатель в душе не держит смеситель, поэтому вода брызжется во все стороны, после мытья в ванной потоп. Очень плохая вытяжка в номере, пол становится скользким, мокрым, вещи покрываются влагой, а в ванной комнате пол в душевой не просыхает даже к утру. Постель постоянно влажная и пахнет. Нам достался матрас с запахом детской мочи. Я дважды просила заменить матрас в номере, сделали со второго раза. Очень плохая звукоизоляция, постоянный шум со стороны коридора и из соседних номеров. Плохое освещение, в номере слишком темно по вечерам. Качество интернета оставляет желать лучшего. При заселении берут депозит - 300 ринггит. В общем, отель сильно устал и требует реновации.

I loved everything in the Hotel, the King terrace suite with bath tub, the seaview from our room and balcony, the balcony which was so huge, the swimming pool for adults and kids, the restaurants, teddyville museum which is also one of the attractions in Penang and Especially all the staffs who made us feel so welcomed and surprised us thru out our stay... No words to express as it just exceeded our expectations 😍😍😍

The entrance hall was nice, with good view. The swimming pool was good and bridge to beach nice.

There was a credit card scam from the receptionist, Ms S××××. I already paid my room through Booking.com, and with the non refundable option. But She refused to accept the payment of booking.com and requested me to pay again. After a long discussion and as I was very tired I give in and paid my room double for 2 nights, or a total of 1280 RM. The room was Ok, but the TV did not work, till I found out that it was connected to the socket. So I got the TV on. Later in the room beforing falling asleep, I off the TV, but middle of the night I woke up from a grey whitish light of the TV, which could not offed. Early morning I called the technician and he changed the broken TV. A good room management should have noticed this and not leave a broken TV out of the socket. The lift button was broken and dirty. The whole stay was a disapointment and not in line with HILTON standard. standards

Smelly room and curtain not wash for long time already.

Beach is not attached to the hotel. You need to cross a bridge to a beach that seem very dangerous without good maintenance. Not advisable for kids.

Upgrade room for free from deluxe king with balcony high floor to king suite with bath tub and balcony. Variety of menu during breakfast.

Pillow too thin even layered with 2 pcs pillow. Bridge to Pantai Miami from hotel under construction until 5 Oct 2024.

The room and the view.. Superb

Poor services..starting from guest arrival (no body at the entrance), luggage transfer to and from room (take almost 30 mins, need to follow up), breakfast buffet(need to look for available table yourself). I've been to 2-3 star hotels. The services were much better than this.

Breakfast choices were excellent. As we are vegetarian, we have more choices for veg than other hotel. Thank you for considering for vegetarian. The food was excellent. We have dinner too and food was very yummy. The staff at the Makan Kitchen gave us very good services esp. Kumar and Suji.

Virkelig hyggelig hotel med flotte udsigter og god atmosfære.

Ved indtjekningen var en af kvindelig receptionist direkte ubehagelig i sin væremåde, da vi ønskede at skifte værelset pga. lugt og andet “slitage + vi fik et af værelserne på 11-sal og anden 9. Selvom vi havde noteret allerede ved bookningen, at værelserne skal være tæt på hinanden, dvs. på den samme etage. Heldigvis lykkedes det med dagens forsinkelse at få begge værelser på 11-sal og rest ugen i hotellet var super, rigtig god service i alle fronter. Super morgenmadsbuffet. Dejlig fitness, lidt lille men ok. Hyggeligt poolområde.

Personeel bij receptie spreekt slecht Engels, bankstel in hotelkamer was heel erg vies de bekleding, bediening bij zwembad duurde vreselijk lang. Moest deposit betalen van 300 RM terwijl verblijf al erg duur was, we waren er met ons gezin maar ze zeiden dat het was ivm mogelijk vandalisme…niet erg gastvrij!

they didnt provide cutleries for cutting fruits but they demanded the cutleries would be chargeable which was even not acceptable internationally

It was overlooking the ocean and some of the staff were really friendly. Room size was very big.

I wouldn't rate this place a resort or 5-star...the rooms and facilities like the gym definitely needed renovation/maintenance. The water gun next to the toilet was leaking a lot of water and the thing to hold the shower head was loose so it kept falling. Just simple things like this that need attention. Breakfast was average, nothing to rage about. The room door did not close by itself because of the jamed lock, so sometimes I'd forget and realize my door was open the entire time. Minor things thay can easily be avoided with constant upkeep of the facilities

the only thing good about this hotel was the view from the room balcony

toilet is very small, 2 people cant fit , location was very far from george town and not close to batu ferringi, located in the middle of the road connecting george town to batu ferringy, dirty, damp, full of stains every where in the room and also stains on the bed sheets, covers and also carpet. breakfast very poor, could hardly find anything geniune to eat, very impolite staff , didnt let me to take a small sandwich and some fruits for my wife that couldnt made it to the breakfast, although we paid for both. in room dinning hilton club sandwich was awful, fed it all to birds, not a resort at all, no garden or anything, just a bridge from the hotel to the beach on the other side of the road, with few dirty broken sunbeds with no attendant , bed and pillows not confortable at all, although we booked premier king , old and small tv , couldnt even connect the iphone to the tv in 21th century, internet was good, house keeping was very good, lobby design was very good, the hotel overal like a kindergarden with so many kids everywhere , especialy around pool side, quality of sleepers abd gowns was very bad , old and over used,

Hospitality Facilities

The hotel did not ler us use the pool after check out.

Two bedrooms that can be connected at the big entrance sliding door, which makes it a perfect setting for a family of 4. This resort is reasonably priced and great for families with kids.

The rooms smelled a little moldy, maybe from the air conditioning units or bathrooms. There were no allergen ingredient indications for any of the food served at the breakfast buffet, which is inconvenient and unusual for an international hotel brand like Hilton.

Staff (except the front desk exec at my checkout early morning), were very friendly and helpful. Check-in staff conveyed my special request to housekeeping accordingly. Above all, My son loved the stay.

Parking even though a nominal amt, shd hv been free for inhouse guest. Hotel WiFi signal was not great.

The bed was comfortable. It is walking distance to the beach.

The air conditioner has a loud sound at night. As we have a connecting family room, the outer door between the rooms does not work well.
