This apartment was so nice - we looked to see how much it cost to buy one in the same block. The parking lot was possibly the cleanest I have ever seen. Quality of fittings in the apartment were fantastic and well maintained - very comfortable to stay. Easy walk up and down Batu Ferringhi

They really should bolt the security safe to something and 6 numbers was tough to remember

Ideal beachfront location in easy walking distance of lots of places to eat, and plenty of room in the apartment with the bonus of a second bathroom. Apartment seemed to be quite nicely fit out and had a balcony overlooking pool and sea views from multiple rooms. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped and laundry facilities were great. Really appreciated all the homely extras like plenty of coat hangers, some beach sand toys, lots of hand towels and floor mats etc.

Hard to fault. 😆 Maybe a few things I could have used in the kitchen (eg vegetable peeler) and extra towels for the pool would be handy.

Location to beach, local shops ,+ 2 good restaurants 5 minute walk away. Family apartment spacious and exceptionally clean. One of the best we have stayed at.

The place was clean, the manager Mr Ady was very friendly and accomodating. He waited til 1am for our arrival. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance,so getting food was no issue at all.

Seriously no regrets.. The stay was so satisfying, very comfortable, cozy and feel like home... Mr Shafie and Mr Ady was very friendly, helpful and efficient.. The whole apartment comes with Seaview and mountain view.. very spacious and well maintained...Will definitely come back again... Highly recommended 👌 👍

the property was clean comfortable and close to transportation. it is also a short walk to many great restaurants the night market and hawker market.

The owner and the manager are very friendly and helpful. The property is outstanding i.e. good amenities, good parking spot and the place is very well kept. The location is superb i.e. great ocean view and nearby the best night bazaar in Penang. My family especially the kids really enjoyed the stay. Looking forward to our next visit there.. :)
