We had a wonderful time celebrating family time with all 4 villas. Perfect for the 23 of us providing us with many wonderful memories!

We rented the villas back in January for our stay in July. Jude was great to work with and very accommodating.

The property is everything like the pictures and better in person. Jude was so prompt to answer and questions and the property is perfect. Book!

We had a large group of people that was interested in staying at this property so we originally booked with previous owner Mimi. Shortly after, Jude introduced himself as the new owner. First and foremost, he made sure to accommodate our request that was made. Worked with us from start to end, responds immediately, and most importantly the villa was perfect. Asked Jude for recommendations for activities to do in Maui since it was our first time and he introduced us to Matt who went above and beyond to make our stay convenient. Our stay was for a wedding in Maui and each property was split up but yet connected so it was perfect. I have stayed at many different properties in the past but Jude was the easiest one to work with and would recommend booking him. You won’t regret it. Thanks for everything Jude! - Danny S

We booked three of the villas for a large family vacation but a family emergency forced us to change plans. Mimi, the owner, was incredibly understanding and easy to deal with, and refunded our full deposit. While we did not stay at the property itself, Mimi provided such great service and was so great to deal with that we felt compelled to write a review.

We rented villas 1 & 2 for our wedding. We couldn't have chosen a better place. Mimi was so responsive from beginning to end. Robert the property manager was easy and pleasant to work with. The view is amazing, especially for sunset. The villas themselves are clean and stocked with all the comforts of home. I highly recommend these properties and look forward to coming again!

This place is magnificent! We rented the whole estate for our wedding for 5 days and then Villa 2 for an extra 5 days, and it could not have been more perfect. For our wedding party having the whole estate made every thing so easy. The property was in immaculate condition, Mimi was absolutely fantastic to work with. Very easy to communicate with, and the property manager was available at any time to assist with any extras we needed. It was nothing short of a dream Vacation & Wedding more myself, Family & Friends. If your looking for a luxury place, with panoramic ocean views, with absolutely everything you could ever want or need for a dream vacation within walking distance, this is the place. Look no Further. We certainly plan to return here very frequently.

We had 18 of us for a week. The location of the house is excellent as it is right on the beach and in the middle of Kihei. The house is well furnished and has most everything in it that you could want. We had a great time and it worked well for us

Our family rented the entire property for a milestone birthday party. There were 18 of us in total ranging from 18 months to 60 years old. The accommodations were perfect for our situation. Be aware that if you have little ones, Villa #1 is upstairs, Villa #2 is the only one without stairs and Villas 3 & 4 are split level. The place is situated in a nice location with easy access to grocery shopping, restaurants, water activity rentals, etc. The beach right out in front of the property was great for paddle boarding, kids ocean activities and sand fun but not so good for snorkeling. But we did find beaches with snorkeling not far away. The wind does come up in the afternoon but those Maui sunsets were spectacular!! The pool is well maintained and kept at a nice temperature. We used it most afternoons because it is somewhat sheltered from the wind and it was nice to gather there for a drink and an appetizer. The property is situated so that there is public access to the beach right next to it...the only negative was a few mornings there were some loud visitors right outside but what can you do!! It's public property!! The manager is available for anything that might come up, which was nice. There are a lot of beach chairs available for renters use. Also, umbrellas and loads of sand toys. If you're looking for a great place to have a reunion, maybe a small wedding or something like that....rent the whole place out. I think it would have been a little awkward to share the pool and outdoor area with strangers. But....who knows? Maybe it could be fun!!

The villas are beautiful! They are well equipped with everything you could ask for during your stay (I.e. beach chairs, towels, dishes, appliances, and even an outdoor washer and dryer for towels, etc.). We had my daughters wedding in the yard and it was absolutely amazing! Having all four units was perfect. The units are set up so that you can gather, cook, eat, and hang out together on the patio or pool area as well as have privacy in your own unit if you wish. Mimi is fantastic to work with and so helpful. I would highly recommend staying at the Aloha villas. It is centrally located to town. We rented paddle boards and mopeds, swam with the turtles and enjoyed the beach, gathered around the patio and pool, and had a marvelous time. You can stop at Costco on your way to the villas and there is a grocery store within walking distance. I highly recommend the Aloha Villas!! We absolutely loved everything about our stay and cannot even think of anything that was missing. Thank you Mimi!!! We definitely hope to return!

Everything was great but there are a few maintenance issues that need attention and the owners are working to get them taken care of

We rented out all 4 villas over 5 nights for our wedding party. Really a perfect setup. All rooms have their own bathroom, there's a shared pool, and you're right on the water. Mimi was also a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous space, ocean views, balconies and windows, windows, windows! Full kitchen on each level. Tastefully and cheerfully decorated. Truly felt like home. The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Beautiful elegant bathrooms with grand tubs. Plenty of closet space. Beautiful pool area. Beach access right beyond the backyard. Walking distance to grocery store, ice cream and restaurants. Clean and well maintained. And Mimi is a lovely host. Can't wait for the opportunity to return!

It’s one of our all time favorite places to stay while visiting Maui. I ran a Mindfulness retreat at the villa with 20 people. The rooms are large and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is perfect for the personal chef and her team to prepare meals. We had dinner and lunch everyday on the outdoor dining tables. The living room was big enough to run workshops and yoga/meditation classes were conducted right in front of the house overlooking the beautiful beach and sunsets. I can’t recommend Aloha Villas enough!

It was incredible! None of us wanted to leave at the end of the week. The owner was amazing and let us check in to a couple of the units a few hours early so we could prepare for the arrival of the remaining guests.

The Aloha Villas are incredible! They are straight on the beach with the most perfect view, especially at sunset! The pool area is fantastic for kids and grown ups alike. All the villas feel very spacious and are really beautifully furnished. There is plenty to do nearby and a great coffee shop at the end of the road. Mimi and Robert were fantastic the entire time, ensuring we had the perfect holiday. They sorted everything and were always on hand when needed. We also hosted our wedding at the villa and the place looked magical. I would 100% recommend these villas to anyone.
