Our family range in age from 23 to 89. This was an awesome, beautiful, comfortable space! We are vey active so took advantage of everything around us. Enjoyed coming together at the beginning - end of the day. Views are amazing!

I’ve used VRBO for a very long time and have been visiting HHI for 20+ years…this was definitely one of the best vacations yet!!! The location was perfect if you want a quiet, relaxing time spent enjoying nature and exploring the island. The villa had everything we could imagine and MORE!!! All you need is your clothes, personal items, and groceries (if you choose to cook). Never once did I think “I should’ve brought this or that.” The owners were nothing but kind and responsive on any and all questions. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone with a family of up to 5/6. Safe and secure on all levels!! We made so many memories together this past week and this beautiful villa helped make it even more special. We will definitely rent this one again in the future! Blessed that this family has chosen to share this wonderful opportunity with us.

This villa was very clean, beautifully decorated and the view is just amazing! As soon as my family walked in, they all went “wow”! Love Sea Pines as it is located to all the loved parts of HHI. The beach has easy access and the pool is very nice. Easy access into the Villa and Margie was a great communicator! We are hoping to return in the future!

The villa was absolutely beautiful. We had access to both the pool and the beach. Margie was awesome to work with. She sent us details on everything from directions from the airport to restaurants and activities. We had an issue with the dryer and reached out to her (while she was on vacation!) and she responded immediately. We could not have been happier and would definitely recommend this villa!

This condo is perfection. Incredible location with phenomenal views. Well appointed kitchen and beautifully decorated home. Owners were excellent communicators and provided wonderful suggestions to help make the most of our stay. We will definitely be back! Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer.

We spent two wonderful weeks in this beautiful condo. The view is breathtaking, with nature all around us. We saw a family of deer every morning as well as dolphins jumping in the ocean. It was a fantastic experience.

This condo is in a perfect setting and is beautifully decorated and maintained. The balcony overlooking the beach is especially lovely and we enjoyed it every day. Dolphines and deer visited every day too. The owner was extremely kind and responsive to a very small problem we had in the building. We will definitely stay here again.

Property and hosts were amazing. Everything from the kitchen being stocked with all necessities needed to the beach chairs, toys, beach itself and pool access are easy and so close! The view is beautiful lots of Dolphins and Deer. The bedrooms are roomy and beds comfy. Walking distance to bike rental and Salty Dog.

This home is absolutely gorgeous and clean, and communication from the owner is excellent. The condo has everything you need. We were traveling with my 89 year old mother, who was able to walk to the beach easily with us. We also enjoyed the beautiful views of the sound, Daufuskie Island, long sunsets, dolphin, birds, and deer. The area is very quiet, even with South Beach marina and Salty Dog across the street (very fun!) I enjoy quieter parts of the beach and feeling surrounded by nature, and this place was outstanding for that. This is a top-notch place to stay in Hilton Head, and I look forward to returning.

My husband and I have been coming to HHI, we always get a condo in the Sea Pines South Beach area for over 20 years. We just want to say, this was by far our favorite condo we have ever stayed in. The views are outstanding, and the condo is so beautiful and VERY clean, you almost feel like you are the first to stay in this condo, that is how clean and well-appointed it is. Margie and Gavin were wonderful, the communication without a doubt was great, there encouragement to just relax and enjoy, was so nice. Margie even texted us to have a "safe trip home", very kind. We are already making arrangements to come back later this year and stay at Margie & Gavins, honestly, I do not think we could stay anywhere else after last week's stay. This villa is fantastic. Not only was it beautiful and well stocked; Margie was great to work with. The location is wonderful..if you like looking out at the ocean and seeing dolphins swim by. :-)

Easy to see why the place gets 5-stars. Beautiful villa, lots of privacy, walk across the street and listen to live music at The Salty Dog, take advantage of the bike paths. Villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Margie is fantastic to deal with, fast follow up on any communications. We hope to stay there again.

This was our second year at this villa, and it continues to get rave reviews from everyone in our family. The owners are amazingly wonderful people to work with, the villa is immaculate, roomy and very well-equipped...and located right on the beach.

Our villa was spectacular. It contains all the amenities of home. We loved walking to the Salty Dog and pickle ball courts. The views from our villa were phenomenal. We have stayed there 2 years in a row and stay again in a heartbeat.

First visit to the Pines.I couldn’t have had a better experience or a better vacation. OUr property manager was beyond our wildest dreams. She always got back to me immediately with an answer to my question. Would not hesitate to go to the same place again!!!!

Beautiful vacation home with wonderful ocean views. Margie was very helpful and made sure we had an enjoyable stay! We enjoyed bike rides to Harbor Town. Salty Dog Cafe across the street was a real treat! We will be back!

Beautiful Villa that has everything you need for a fantastic vacation! Margie & Gavin went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The villa was incredibly clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is just so perfect- we love being on the south end of Sea Pines and being so close to Tower Beach. Restaurants & shops are walkable or just a short bike ride away. We have been visiting HHI for 13 years and have stayed in houses and condos. This Condo was by far the cleanest and the views of the sound were beautiful. It was just an easy & perfect vacation and we are sad to be driving back to Ohio!!

The owners of this property are beyond amazing. They have equipped the condo with everything you could possibly need. They provide beach towels, books for kids, games, and so much more. It is very family friendly and you won’t have to worry about your child breaking stuff. This condo has become our family tradition. We are so thankful to the owners for sharing their condo with our family.

My wife and I spent a glorious week with our daughter's
family in Margie's wonderful/beautiful apt. Perfectly set a
stone's throw from the beach and with a private pool for
the complex. The apt. is beautifully appointed with every amenity you might want and bathed in so much natural light with large windows that surround the living space.
There are 2 balconies that afford great views of the grounds and the nearby waters of the sound. Margie was
so welcoming snd so responsive to any question that arose. Margie provides guest with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, pool and beach toys and plentiful beach towels. What more could you ask for. Superlatives apply and nothing could be overstated. Ideal and recommended to the most discerning renter with high expectations. You definitely will not be disappointed.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the villa and loved Hilton Head in general. It was very nice and peaceful. The villa is appointed with top-grade amentities that made our stay enjoyable. We would go back and stay in the same place.

We loved this villa. It was even better than advertised. The location was overlooking the Sound and we had a beautiful view of sunsets. Perfect for happy hour. Easy walk to the beach as well as shops, bike rental and the Salty Dog Cafe. Tennis and lots of pickleball courts nearby (but not the noise). A bike trail ran right by the property entrance. The beds were very comfortable the two porches had plenty of room. The owners (Margie and Gavin) were responsive and made sure our visit was a good one. Entry to Sea Pines and check-in at the villa was easy. Between Easter and Memorial Day is a quieter time at HHI and we took full advantage of the excellent list of restaurants recommended by Margie. The South Beach Club where the villa is located is a very nice property.

We love the condo location across from the Salty Dog complex. It has nice views from the balconies. The pool is beautiful. It is a quiet location with little traffic at the end of the island. The condo is so well equiped and very clean. This is our second visit and we will definitely come back. We have been going to HH for 40 years and this is our favorite place to stay.

This was our second time at Margie and Gavin's spacious, light-filled, beautifully decorated condo at South Beach.
Great views. Two balconies. Right on the beach of Calibogue Sound.
They thoughtfully included many amenities that are rarely found in a rental property.
Mark and our daughter rented bikes and rode all over Sea Pines.
But most important, our hosts were so gracious and easy to communicate with and very accommodating.
Hopefully, we'll be back next year.

Margie and Gavin have a spectacular villa that is only about 150 feet from the beach. Views to Calibogue Sound off their balcony. Every amenity is first class with this property and the owners are first class people that are so helpful and easy to communicate with on any detail. Hope to be a repeat again in the future, but New Zealand is on my bucket list for next year. Thank you Margie and Gavin!

We were pleased to find the excellent reviews all justified! We usually stay in houses, not villa/condos, but we felt totally at home in South Beach Club. It was quiet and had even more space than it seemed in the photos. The ocean views in the end unit were as spectacular as promised. Margie was extremely detailed, helpful, welcoming & communicative throughout. Her tasteful holiday decorations added a special touch to our stay. The personal care of the hosts really sets this place apart. We also enjoyed being so close to Salty Dog & the bike rental. Exploring Sea Pines by bike & taking our photo at the giant Christmas tree was a highlight. The kids also loved the playground at Harbour Town, mini golf at Pirate's Island & the Coastal Discovery Museum (Indigo Tie-Dying & Scavenger Hunt). This was our first trip to Hilton Head and we can't wait to come back.

We loved this condo on the second floor in a secure building and a quiet end of Sea Pines Plantation. The patio has a great view of the sound. The pool is very nice. The beach is a short walk from the building. The only problem is that the beach area in this location can be completely covered by the tide when there is a storm nearby or at sea. We had 2 days where we could not walk or ride a bike on the beach but a more accessible area is only a short car ride away. We already booked for next Spring.

Probably our best rental experience ever, despite (or also because of) our week being impacted by a hurricane. The villa is spectacular and the communications and assistance of the hosts was incredible We're big HHI fans and will return to this villa again next year!

We have been coming to Hilton Head for 28 years. This was the best condo we ever rented. I always bring a lot of cooking supplies. No need to do that here. Margie had everything we needed including beach towels. There was plenty of room, new appliances, incredible views, access to the beach and pool and so much more. I am booking again for next year. I highly recommend this property.

Our stay was excellent. The rental was extremely clean, modern, well-designed, and very enjoyable. Five adults were accommodated with ease. It is a great location with access to any number of fabulous dining options and activities to suit all. Will look to stay there in the future. The hosts were also very communicative, set expectations well, and were the sweetest people to work with. Couldn’t ask for better.
