Attitude of the Hosts. Hospitality needs a lot of improvement. There are no options in breakfast since it is combined with room rent. That is ridiculous. "Paneer parantha cant be served as it becomes costly for the host"!! We like tea with more milk and when we let the host know, there was no effort to amend the bad and cold tea that they served. No body came to ask if we want anything or how is it going..the general enquiries. So, overall Inhospitable environment. We wanted to check out after two days but the host never reverted. We were forced to stay the third day as we had already paid 75% of the amount and did not wanted to further stress ourselves. The room was not clean when we checked in. When we raised this matter the host's behaviour was pathetic. There is no tea/coffee maker in the room as claimed in the facilities on the booking site.

Silent Valley is beautiful and understated. It let's you explore and uncover it's untouched charm - the quiet river, the tall trees, the chirping of a thousand birds, and the off chance encounter with a friendly local. There is no careful curation here. It is what it's supposed to be. Pure nature. All around. The two dogs (Sandy and Blacky) at the homestay are both gems. Sandy accompanied us for all our river trips, and made sure we didn't get lost. I got really attached to him. The service was accomodating and friendly. The food was fresh and hot, always. Lalit ji truly understands the heart of a traveler who yearns for a simple nature trip. Ajay, Manish were always there for us. And Amit helped us with the booking and billing process with patience and understanding.

Rooms could be cleaned everyday or the offer to clean could be made. Also, rooms could be bigger , for a family of 3 we felt it was small.

Where should I start, >amazing location >amazing hosts >amazing staff >amazing facilities >amazing food >amazing ambience >amazing hospitality Overall I dint think anyone will have anything negative to say about this Heaven On Earth. We as a family have found another family here @The Silent Valley. Emotionally leaving this place and family behind but sure to come back next time. Thank You isn't the right thing to say, but See You Soon is The Best way to leave this Heaven.

Hosts were amazing, uncle and his family all very friendly and incredible !! The place is vast with peace all around. Amazing food, great views perfect for a weekend getaway or longer
