Gute Lage. Einkaufsstrasse vor der Tür. Busstation vor Hotel. Es kann laut werden. Hat uns nicht gestört. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe. 24 Stunden Shop in einer Minute erreichbar. Empfang und Reinigungsfrauen sehr freundlich. Sehr sauber und moderne Zimmer.

Frühstück war in Ordnung für meine Begleitung. Ich benötigte Glutenfreies Brot, dass entweder nach 30 Minuten erst fertig war oder sie es ganz vergessen hatten. Wir mussten immer wieder nachfragen. Was sehr mühsam war. Servicepersonal wirkte genervt. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht richtig. Wir hätten das Zimmer wechseln können. War uns zu umständlich weil wir schon ausgepackt hatten. Da haben sie uns einen kleinen Heizlüfter zu verfügung gestellt. Keine Schränke oder Schubladen.

Although it was not in a particularly charming part of town, the hotel did allow for very easy access to Reykjavik. I appreciated the blackout curtains that allowed for a good night sleep despite the sun setting very late in the summer months. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable.

Our room looked into the windows of a neighbouring guesthouse. It also looked down upon garbage containers that were spilling over with garbage. I found the bathroom very small and would have appreciated a bigger towel or an extra one.

Very convenient to walking distance, nice restaurants and shopping, breakfast

At night noise from the street can be bothersome, on the weekends especially was hard to fall asleep

I loved that its location, cleanliness, near public transportation, and the breakfast buffet that was included.

The room was a little tight for three people

Food was great - breakfast was fantastic. Location was ideal - not far from bus stops for tours. Very central. Beds were comfy and clean rooms!

Quite expensive but that's Iceland in general - so not the hotel's fault !!
