Beautiful studio, really nicely set up and more spacious than I expected! Easy check in details and it’s located in a prime location, would definitely recommend

Loved the support from staff who managed to accommodate us and were super kind, in particular Caroline. Location is great! Flats are well equipped and great value for money 🙏🏽

If I had to find something it would be that it could do with a lift, we were in the furthest room 3 flights up and had lots of luggage

the terrace was a lovely spot and partly why we booked this property over others. we sat out there with drinks and pizza before heading out for the night

we booked 2 apartments. The one at the front of the property was very loud from the street. The one at the back was very warm. even with the fan on all night and the windows open it was very very hot.

j’ai fait mon arrivée à 18h dans l’hôtel à 22h j’étais informé d’une intervention dans ma chambre suite à une fuite. lorsque je suis rentré plus tard j’ai trouvé ma chambre avec lit déplace, sol humide dans la salle de bain, pas d’eau du tout lavabo, toilettes, douche, pas de chauffage non plus et moquette mouillée !!!!!! le message m’indiquant l’intervention m’informait que je serais contacté le matin pour trouver une solution à ce problème. A 8h20 j’ai contacté l’hôte lui indiquant le problème et demandant un solution pour pouvoir au moins prendre une douche. 8h40 relance car pas de réponse 9h relance toujours pas de réponse à 10h j’ai moi même cherché quelqu’un dans l’hôtel. l’homme de maintenance qui venait réparer les dégâts m’a finalement trouvé une chambre pour prendre une douche.Malgré mes demandes je n’ai parlé à personne du management !!!!! j’ai quitté l’hôtel sans que personne ne me parle. cet hôtel est une farce je refuse de payer pour la nuit que j’ai subi dans cet “hôtel” J’attend un remboursement de votre part j’ai évidemment pris des photos de l’état de la chambre

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez D8 House, la chambre est fonctionnelle et l’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal.

The location was perfect for me since I went to the O2 which is only 30 minutes. Also some lovely places nearby for a quick bite and a lovely breakfast. It is a nice area to walk around as well. I needed some assistance with the door and using the pincode and within 2 minutes I was helped by the cleaning lady who came to aid. The room was perfect for a night’s stay; had everything you needed and was very clean, including the bed and bathroom.

Great room and perfect communication. With the way they check you in, it got a bit confusing but they were always there on whatsapp / booking.com's text - incredibly useful. Complimentary ear plugs was a sweet touch, but we didn't need them even on a Friday night. Prime location at the top of brick lane 👌🏼 NOT luxury but still nice. The shower was also excellent, great pressure and temperature - always a bonus!

The Junior suite has a salon/roller style door which felt a bit too open and the bathroom was quite small, cramped and didn't feel like complete privacy. Would prefer to have glass cups available in the rooms for water but all in all a great overnight stay.
