Super Lage, mitten in der Stadt. Gegenüber der grossen Moschee, Muezzinrufe also inklusive. Familienzimer sehr geräumig, über 2 Etagen. Sauber. Alles da. Bett sehr bequem

Insgesamt leider etwas verwohnt. Nachts hört man etwas Lärm von der Strasse, aber nicht übermässig viel. Das Bett im oberen Stockwerk schien nicht sauber.

The wall of the room needs a repaint , the floor is not so clean. The room facing the main street is too noisy because of bad sound insulation.

I like the strategic location which it is near to the Masjid. Could here the wonderful azan and easy to buy food

Location really strategic in the middle of armenian street, really great for tourist attractions, walking distance everywhere! near to breakfast spot and restaurants. Walking distance to many souvenirs shop and tourist attraction spot. The room is very well designed! got 2 toilet for 4 people, very nice. Towels and irons need to be request though, anyways host leave number to call for assistance and such, fast and responsive

Booked the 4 guest room, quite like a loft, but the upper level socket wasn't working. Got 5 socket plug for charging but none of it was working.Only one toilet only got shower which is at the upper level. My room is No 5. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

There's no one at the reception desk unless you call a number. The hotel charged a deposit when we checked in. Since we need to leave very early on the check-out day, we specifically told the reception one day before the check-out day that we will check out early and ask if they will be available to give us the deposit. The reception said they will be available on the check-out day. On the check-out day, we called the reception a few times and no one answers. We left without getting the deposit! It's very disturbing because we told the reception beforehand and they agreed to meet us on the check-out day. If you can't get up this early, why don't you give us the money back the day before? The deposit is almost as expensive as the hotel price of one night.

Room Number 8... -Toilet bowl not wash with brush, can smell the urine. -Handbasin water clogged -Bath tub water clogged -Window partion at Bath tub cannot closed properly -Aircond not cold.. No gas.. -Tv Can't use.. Channel freeze -Bedsheet/Duvet cover/Pillowcase unpleasant smell.. Old sheet smells.

The location is good, right in the city center. The staff was mostly helpful. We were provided with one towel and later they provided another because all were in the washer apparently. The room was clean.

The apartment that we took, had stairs to go up where there was a sofa bed and air con and another washroom. But that Aircon does not work and since the entire apartment is connected and just one Aircon in the downstairs works, it doesn't get cold easily. And we were sweating almost. When asked about it the staff said only one Aircon works. This wouldn't be an issue if the apartment was one room but it was a massive issue for us.

I was in room 1 whose windows are next to the colourful umbrellas that tourists come to see. Was really cool. Ask fir room Number 1. The location was great 5 minitesc walk from Chulia Street and Love Lane and many tourist sites. Having a swimming pool was lovely. Note that the pool is tiny and inclosed, and so is indoors and not in the sun.

Very noisy. The swimming pool is on the ground floor at the base of the hotels atrium. As such, all noise from the pool travels up through the central atrium to all rooms, so it's very noisy from 9am through the day.

Really nice place, don’t have breakfast for this hotel.

Location was good. Room was clean and was excellent value for the cost
