This is a spacious, comfortable and well equipped property located on a lovely complex in a quiet location outside North Conway.

This was the perfect home for two families with small kids. The house was very clean, the bedrooms very comfortable, the loft was perfect for the kids to hangout in, and the parents were very happy to spend time together in the living room. There is a field right across the parking lot where we played soccer and played frisbee. Best part is it’s right down the street from Storyland and had a number of takeout options. Definitely staying here again :-).

We stayed here with 2 small families for a last getaway right before school started. The place was just as described in the listing. It was centrally located and convenient to all of the local attractions. The only minor issue that we had was that the door lock was a little quirky to use but everything else was great.

The property worked well for our family which was parents, grandparents, and one child. Close to dining and attractions, games for kids, bathrooms were sizable, updated, and most importantly clean!

We were very happy with our stay. The condo was very clean and had everything you needed. The AC was a life saver during our HOT stay! The owners were very responsive to our needs. Looking forward to staying there again.

The property is nice with all amenities present and ideal for either one couple or two couple. The kitchen is stocked and TV/Roku/board games/the usual are all there. Please beware that if you are reaching late, the adjoining property owner is not nice at all and welcomed with us with an expletive ridden rant. Just something you need to be aware, because this is a townhome and if you are taking your car near the townhome, he doesn't like the car headlight at all. Otherwise our stay was perfect and the host was responsive to all our needs.

This spacious 3-level unit is clean, nicely decorated, had a fully-stocked kitchen, and close to restaurants and shopping. We have been renting condos for the past 12 years for our annual girls weekend and this was one of the nicest ones we've ever rented.

Beautiful condo with great space for gathering with family/friends. Very clean and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen as well as games for entertainment. We had some issues with the fireplace but the owner was quick to respond and help get it running. Also noticed the manual at the house didn't seem to be accurate for the TV but we figured that out too. Overall great place to stay and found the owners to be very responsive to our needs. Would definitely recommend to those looking for a place to stay in North Conway. Shopping was easy to get to and we really enjoyed a visit to the Stonehurst Manor Inn.

My family (2 adults, 3 kids- ages 8, 8, 5) stayed at this property for a weekend trip. We found it to be very conveniently located-- central to all of the activities we wanted to do. The property was tidy and comfortable for us. We read other reviews about the bedrooms being in the lower portion of the house so we expected that it would be a little darker and seem dimmer in that part of the house. Most of the lighting was lamps (not overhead) so it was a bit dark. The property had all the conveniences of home including books, games and Netflix! We found it fully equipped with everything we needed. The sliding doors gave a nice breeze in the kitchen. The rental is located in a safe, private property setting on the grounds of a hotel and restaurant. We had a great time and would recommend this place!

We had a great week and the house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for the kids to play and the setup of the house worked great.

The place was equipped with everything you need. The set up is upside down so all bedrooms are downstairs. Good beds/linens etc. Every room had a fan & window. Plenty of sitting/hanging out space. The owners were very attentive when we needed them.

I was very happy with this property. I stayed with my husband and 2 teenagers. The house was comfortable, spacious and well stocked. We enjoyed cooking and playing board games. It is close to the most popular North Conway attractions. The owner was easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend and would love to be able to stay here again.

My family and my sisters family stayed here for a weekend. The owner was wonderful. I have rented many VRBO’s in the past and never have I had an owner respond as quickly. The condo is very clean and equipped with everything you need including an array of spices. The location is perfect next to stores and restaurants. And the view is unreal. If you are a walker there are many trails throughout the property. We will be back in the future thanks agin!

Walked in it had a bad odor bought a can of febreze to make it livable. Bedrooms all in basement very humid and smelly no a/c or dehumidifier just small fan in each room. Unit had one a/c in living room took all weekend to semi cool main living area . Lot’s of dust bunnies and webs . Decks had dirt all over them and a big push broom left on it guess I was suppose to clean it to use it. Shower curtain was orange on bottom and had to put two dollar toilet seat back together after it fell apart . Hope they don’t except another reservation from us.
