The place was clean and met my expectations

Excellent stop over. 4 bed bungalow had additional toilet & basin up stairs so that no need to up and down stairs at night.
Kitchen very small space wise, but workable.

The lady welcomed us when we arrived, everything was sorted, she took us immediately to our room. Save parking. Fruit basket and milk in fridge, that was very special. Bed large and comfortable. electric blanket and more than enough extra duvets and blankets. Breakfast special and very delicious. evrything perfect!!!

The accommodation
The food was a bit cold, but I blame it on the load shedding.

The place is close to town which makes it accessible and the breakfast was warm ,delicious with generous portions.

The place was very clean, and the owner was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. She stood up 05h00 (am) to make pack breakfast for me, as I was leaving at 06h00 (am). That's for me, is the best customer service. Thanks
The wifi connection was weak, probably due to mountains that is surrounding the town.

The guest house was easy to find - not too far off from the highway. It is very clean and has a homely feel to it. While they do not provide breakfast, there was some fruits, cereal and milk to make continental breakfast.

The rooms were somewhat secluded away from normal traffic. Sitting on the porch was also nice

Lovely, home away from home, accommodation - very comfortable, pretty rooms in well maintained grounds - a little treasure in this, sadly, rather delapidated little town. It was all perfect for our needs - a quick, one night stayover to join a friend for her 50th birthday party.

The self catering units a great. They have everything you need, but the hospitality of the host and staff was the biggest highlight. Also loved the fresh fruits, rusks and milk in the fridge - very nice touch. I’d definitely stay here again.
I would improve on the admin around breakfast, that could run smoother.

We had breakfast and dinner one day and both meals were very tasty and good. The cottage wawss very clean and neat and we had good and friendly service

Good option for Fort Beaufort - Rooms are adequately furnished and fresh fruit in room
TV remote did not work even after battery replacement.

We loved how the host, Hester, was accommodating, friendly and all round made our stay memorable. The apartment was very well maintained, spacious and comfortable. I would recommend anytime and will definately visit again.
There isn't anything that I didn't like. Place was perfect
