We liked everything. Very clean apartment, with all you need, in a central location close to the cathedral, port (ferry), restaurants and shops. Nice and helpful host. It was a perfect vacation for us. Looking forward to return.

The location was perfect as you were in the centre of Bellagio and surrounded by tons of restaurants,shops, transportation etc. Apartment was very clean and beds were quite comfortable. Excellent view on the balcony from bedroom.

The location was superb - right in the heart of Bellagio within walking distance to everything. The terrace windows in each bedroom overlooked the cobblestone streets outside. The rooms were very clean, well appointed and nicely updated. Our host was sweet, accommodating and responsive. We could not have found a nicer place to stay. I would highly recommend. The apartment was just as pictured in the listing.

This apartment is absolutely amazing. Phenomenal value for money, super comfortable, spacious, clean and with an excellent location. Location - a few minutes walk from the ferry terminal and right next to church square. You can stand out on your balcony and watch the busy street below. (don’t worry about the noise from the street - once the doors are shut the apartment is silent!) Comfort and cleanliness - definitely one of the cleanest apartments I’ve ever stayed in - not a single issue with it. Comfort wise this apartment was great. So many apartments can feel a bit sterile due to them being designed around keeping it cool - this apartment felt like a cosy home. It felt warm, but in a good way. You could easily hang out in the apartment for an evening if you didn’t fancy going out. Bathroom and bedrooms were both very spacious and a special shout out to the beds and pillows which were extremely comfortable. Host and communication - communication prior to the stay was excellent and all the info we needed was provided. We received a message from the exceptionally helpful and friendly host, Silvia, on the morning of our stay and she was there to meet us at the apartment on our arrival. Silvia was happy to provide us with recommendations and answer all the questions we had. Communication was excellent on our final day too and the check out was seamless. If this place is available I strongly recommend you book it. You will not find a hotel room that’ll come even close in comparison.

New renovated and in a great location! Spacious and stylish!

Everything was perfect! If the owner could make a few minor improvements would be more comfortable: 1) a few more shelves in the closet; 2) outdoor furniture on the balcony 3) an outdoor clothes hanger at the door. But not necessary, we liked it a lot anyway! 👌👌👌

The host was excellent even though I've never seen him. All the information was made available via texts. The apparent was roomy and equipped with everything needed. The location is in the heart of Bellagio.

No Parking. The property is a ZTL zone and only accessible after 18:30. No elevator.

The location is in the middle of the Bellagio, near the church square. Very attentive and friendly host. The host can and will answer all the questions you have about Bellagio and surrounding areas, as well as any questions about transportation, attractions, prices, restaurants etc...

I wish I could've stayed longer. 3 days are not enough to see everything that the Como area has to offer. The train strikes in Italy can and will delay your travel plans so please keep checking train routes.

The apartment is situated in a great location. The owner was very nice, handing over the keys was no problem. Well-equipped kitchen, all appliances and furniture are neat, the apartment is very clean and bright with a charming balcony. The price for a stay of 4 people is also affordable. I recommend to everyone! :)

In the morning you had to close the windows in the bedrooms, because the sound of cars passing below (I guess that in the morning there were deliveries to restaurants, shops, etc.) was bothersome - however, the owner has no influence on this. The comfort of the pillows and mattress was not perfect.

Spacious, clean and recently renovated apartment in the center of Bellagio. Silvia, the host, is most kind. The apartment is located in the center of Bellagio. It has 2 bedrooms and a well equipped living room with kitchen.

The A/C wasn’t werking perfectly, but it is possible that we’ve put it in the wrong mode. A balcony to sit on would have been nice.

The location is the best part for me because it’s right smack in the middle of the historical town center. The apartment is equipped with everything that you need. Sylvia, the property manager is very professional and amazingly caring about her clients.

There was a bit of a problem with the cleaning quality control at first but nothing that can’t be solved swiftly.

Superb location in the town centre, restaurants and shops on your doorstep, but still very quiet. Immaculate modern apartment with everything for a short break.

Parking was tricky, but that's the nature of the town - don't try it in peak season!
