The view is just breathtaking! The hotel facilities are great and the staff is excellent. We had dinner in the hotel in one of the nights and the food was also very good! Totally recommended!

They did not provide a bottle of water everyday of our stay. Considering that you cannot drink tap water in Santorini, you cannot charge 3 euros for a small bottle of water.

Everything was amazing, an unforgettable experience, the staff is very charming and always offer to help and are always smiling. The most beautiful view in all of Santorini, in a hotel like this you don't have to leave the hotel. Tina helped my partner organize a marriage proposal, she was in constant contact with him and organized everything beautifully, thanks to her and the staff everything was so amazing.

Public transportation was not convenient, the hotel is a bit far from the city center, so we needed a car, but already on the first day, the staff helped us find a car rental at the cheapest price we could find.

Arriving at this property was like stepping into a dream. I still find it hard to believe we stayed at a place this magnificent. With each step we took into the property, that feeling became more apparent. This place and this property were absolutely unforgettable and I can't recommend it highly enough to all! Noting that we were upgraded to a better room when we got there, but I would still feel just as passionately about this property regardless of the room itself!

Location was a bit difficult—required the use of the property shuttle or a taxi to get to anything of note on the island (minimal sidewalks, crazy drivers, and extreme heat). I will say though that it was delightfully quiet here compared to many other areas on the island!

the stairs. I fell down them and really hurt my bum neck and both elbows. very slippery. I also did not appreciate not being told the price of a taxi from the hotel to the port. I would never have imagined it would be 30 euro if we shared and 50 euro if not when the airport transfer was only 25 and a taxi into fira was only 10euro. we were asked to pay before we got to the port. the taxi situation was unpleasant to say the least but that part was the taxi service.
